Why do they have the gear doors down for these flights? That's not a normal config.

Dudes, this is at Everett, Washington. You know, where all the 777s are built and then taken out on production test flights.

Shouldn't it be called a "Go Around" instead of "Low Approach" ??

they were doing testing on the plane. Low altitude approaching to the runway, and then just go around?
