  • Thank you so much for youtube, I almost brought a hammer to my tank. lol. Has anyone tried to rid these boys if so what did u use.

  • "This tiny creature is a Flatworm - Amphiscolops sp. This type is virtually clear, and quite small. The rounded end is inflated like a sail, and stretches in the direction it wants to travel, then like a suction cup it grabs the glass and pulls the rest of its body that direction. This is a benign type and you shouldn't worry if you see any in your tank. I've seen them on and off in reef tanks as well as refugiums"

Is what i found online after we talked, looks like you were right

  • Yeah, so long as they dont multiply out of control, I'll let them be.

  • That is a type of flatworm! if yoyu have coral you better get those things out fast! They will slowly eat all your coral and then shit all over your tank! have a nice day bye!

  • Thanks! I looked into the types of Marine flatworms and thats what they are. These are Amphiscolops, and they are harmless so long as they dont overpopulate the tank. I read that clownfish love to eat em so I might get a few soon if they get out of hand. If not, Mr Turkey Baster will get em! Thanks, you can just google amphiscolops to get a nice picture of them incase you think you have them :)

  • I believe they are a type of snail. I have some in my tank and they don't bother the coral's. so I just let them be :)
