  • VERY FUNNY MAN!

  • He is a beast on that saxophone.

  • @herinfernalmajesty09 he made me love the sax man

  • omg aluwe loved as a kid

  • MAY WE HAVE CAUSE TO FEYIN IN JESUS NAME

  • @adorabledarl amen oh

  • Brothers as oluwalogbon58 said africa is wonderfull but the media fail to show the true beautys of africa we all love our nationatly and are proud to stand by it as a nigerian i love my country and will protect it .

  • Lagbaja is an inspertion and his music guids those who are lost in dsepth he is a messenger from god putting his words in song he gives africans hope to find there true desire and be free i am african aswell .

  • this song made me remeber me country nigeria. I wish I can go back now. I miss home

  • Man shall work hard to find food God said after the 1st sin.Life is hard for Europeans,Africans and American, only the degree of hardship varies.Challenges shape adaptability. The debate on why things are hard in Africa is not gonna be had here.I dont, however, think its only because Africa waits on the 'west',I most certainly do not wait on anybody for anything.Since we are of this generation, perhaps we should stop doing things like our fore fathers?

  • have you visited any african country ? we are not the wretched things the western media makes out,on my trip home some few weeks ago the 747 was full of nigerians going home to lagos and from their to all parts of nigeria, now if we are truely wretched that would not be happening..we travel freely all over the world something you dont see in the media.all you see are negative miserable images of pot bellied children, the real truth is not what you see on your tv. investigate a bit more yourself

  • life is only hard for africans because you keep looking to west to give you something, but little do you t know that the west does'nt have one thing we have and that is pride. We need to know who we are as a people .we are naturally rich and we are GODS people.Know your history and you will know who we are as a people and stop looking for others (whites) to give you something.

  • 'Feyin E' literally translates 'spread your teeth'.Ofcourse one cant 'spread' ones teeth, another e.g of how language cant always literally translate from one to another:here Yoruba to English."Feyin e' is understood to mean 'show your teeth' an act synonymous with smiling, and thus equates to 'smile'. 'put a smile on your face no matter the condition' is a mataphor for positive outlook and being thankful. Life is tough for we Africans but we have to keep keeping on.We arent fools but survivers.

  • Put a smile on you face no matter your condition, that might be part of the problem, sometimes I feel that we Africans are always suffering and smiling.

Nice song anyway, really cool beat

  • I kinda disagree with u ... dont know if u christian or not but even the bible tells us to always give thanks no matter the situation. In the western world esp the U.S there are countless people depressed and committing suicide every now and again simply because they cannot learn to be appreciative of what they have or might not have and that the things of this world esp material things are all just vanity. I dont think there is any african or nigerian that wld not like to better themselves

  • Put a smile on your face no matter your condition. feyin e. Mo fe orin e.

  • Never was in Africa but with help of such musicians i am really in love with it :)

i just got to know this artist: he is amazing!

it's a shame the world doesn't know much about him.

one of the most original and talented to come around in years.

    big up yourself mr. "anyone"

  • His name is lagbaja.

The word Lagbaja is yoruba language word that has a single meaning to three different nouns. ANYBODY, SOMEBODY and EVERYBODY. Lagbaja is a word you use if you do not want to mention names directly. He covers his face in order to represent the facelessness of the common people in a society where there is no human right and social security. No outside person has ever seen his face.

  • i like this song..."wow" Lagbaja is very creative

  • i like thi song

  • plz someone send dis to meee plzzzz

  • great!

  • This is beautiful.Lagbaja,a mean masquerade with a colourful costume.I wouldn't mind having a costume like this one for my own artistic work.

Nice song and good saxophone composition.

  • Peace to you brother, in Yoruba language word, Lagbaja is a single word that m eans three things. Lagbaja means ANYBODY, SOMEBODY AND EVERYBODY .

The word masqurade means EEGUN in Yoruba. I hope you meet him in person, he is such a very funny fellow that you will keep laughing every moment you are around him.

    the mask is kinda.....questionable.

  • lol about the mask. my mum thinks so too.

  • African trumpets have no notes becuz d playaz didn't recieve any lessons on the instrument and thats becuz they are naturally gifted to play any kinda note on sax. They d originator of real and inspirational music. From reggae to Hip Hop to RNB to soul and jazz. mama Africa wake up!!! we need u to teach love again.

  • boyin now. Fela lives on.

  • Thank you jo! God bless you. Please can you give that message to Lasdar and let her know too that if one Naija dude didn't agree to toast (date) her, we have over 120 million people, I'm sure she'll find someone!

  • You don't think she's an item with Lagbaja? Think again bruv.

  • No matter how down I am feeling, once I hear this song, my feet and body gets moving, and I start smiling....thanks Lagbaja for creating such an inspiring and soul lifting song.

  • Thank you LAGBAJA :-) you certainly put a smile on my face with your music & videos. Keep on inspiring with your cosmopolitan global African creative wisdom, wizardry, spirit and flair - i hope Lagbaja gets this message

  • I am not surprised that Lagbaja is doing well. He is very creative. Kudos to him. I was told Lagbaja has tribal marks. I don't know if it's true. He might have fought lion.

  • lagbaja has no tribal mark anywhere.Believe!

  • will love to have FEYIN E translated plz.

  • one of the best musician portraying the african culture. its a good video. respect to the MASKED One.

  • dude.. are you serious..

    you call tt a video.?

  • Why should i smile if im not happy?

I think its stupid to smile when yr dying, even Fela told us the folly in suffering and smiling.

  • I think the essence of this song is that you should smile even if you don't have the best denture.

  • I must have typed that comment when i was in a foul mood.

I actually love this song, and the whole album.

  • Thanks Lagbaja, u just take me back to lagos. i miss my county.
