I saw The Sound at a concert in the 80's along with The Gang Of 4 and Simple Minds and I knew nothing of these guys but they drew me in like a moth to the flame and they captured the audience without trying. Adrian Borland sang from the heart and his heart was on his sleeve and you just knew that it was all so very very personal and heartfelt for him and we loved him all the more for it it.
