The drug dealer did not give you the goods because he mitsook you for cop. Think before you play. (not realy i kidd) but ya you get good at driving when you play the game for a while. i got pretty good in Gta 4 after having it for two years.

Sounds like your game is really scratched up. Get some green rubbing alchohal and like a little cotton poof ball thing or use a paper towel. Get it wet a little with the rubbing alchohal and rub it all over the back of the game. Wait for it to dry. I sometimes have that problem but it usually works for me.

there is a glitch that happens often,specially with the use of mods,when you talk with the dealer,the scene stops,he will not escape,he will stop near you,for the soloution,bring the infernus,and watch that goes on..
