I'm pretty sure people are impressed because seeing as the artist is so young that he'll have a chance to improve his craft even more with age. Also the brain isn't fully developed by that age as well. It is also impressive since someone that young showing that much drive at an early age to master a craft so efficiently is rare. There are a great deal of reasons to be impressed with the young age, that he can create this type of music that takes people a long time master.
