But during the battle of Yamama, where many of the scribes had died before writing what they had heard. So in an effort to try and collect what he could, Uthman ordered all those who remembered Muhammad's words and had Zaid ibn Thabit to record. When it was done, Uthman ordered all copies previous it destroyed...

@DannyAbdillah Where as I believe that many a Muslim scholar said that the Qu'ran has come straight from Allah, and that there was no need for an intermediary or translater. Although it may be divine, it is entirely innacurate, given that most of the holy works are usually spiritually inspired by one deity or another, and not straight from the deity itself. Hence, the fact that the Qu'ran is even remotely a true book is difficult to imagine given all the dissent it created back centuries ago.

The fact that you think there should be a certain book in it is irrelevant. My points stand. Muhammad contradicted they very books he said came from God. He also recited verses that he later claimed Satan cast into his mouth. Both counts disqualify him as a prophet. There's nowhere to go. Abu Bakr said (to me), 'Umar has come to me and said, 'A great number of Qaris of the Holy Qur'an were killed on the day of the battle of Al-Yamama, and I am afraid that the casualties among the Qaris of the Quran may increase on other battlefields whereby a large part of the Quran may be lost.

@MOADAM2010 The Bible has never changed, it has its many questioning verses and confusing parts, but it hasn't changed one bit. If you give me one incident in which it has changed, then you can say good bye to me otherwise, words are not enough. Where as the Qu'ran has changed, even though your prophet Muhammad, said in Surah 15:9 where the Qu'ran is perfect, that's going a long way. :) But, the fact remains, during Uthman's reign after the recent death of Muhammad....

@MOADAM2010 Approximately 19 years, as David had written in his online page about the Qu'ran itself, Uthman was Caliph, and there were many scribes who memorized the words of Muhammad. But during the battle of Yamama, where many of the scribes had died before writing what they had heard. So in an effort to try and collect what he could, Uthman ordered all those who remembered Muhammad's words and had Zaid ibn Thabit to record. When it was done, Uthman ordered all copies previous it destroyed...

But when it was finished and sent out, many of the followers, including those who were with Muhammad, did not agree with the new and full Qu'ran. Four men were mentioned, but they would take space, but the first man mentioned to be listened to, was Abdullah bin Massud, who said that the Qu'ran was to have 111 chapters, not 114, Chapters 1, 113, and 114, shouldn't be there

At the onset, the book was flawed and no longer viable. Not one scholar could agree on its truth, whereas, the Bible was collected and agreed

And I'm going to go as far as say that it is perfect, because as it is written, John 1:1-2 "1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.2 He was with God in the beginning." ADDITIONALLY, the fact that the Islamic belief that it is only Allah, and acknowledges the life of Christ, shows its flaws.

@DannyAbdillah Where as I believe that many a Muslim scholar said that the Qu'ran has come straight from Allah, and that there was no need for an intermediary or translater. Although it may be divine, it is entirely innacurate, given that most of the holy works are usually spiritually inspired by one deity or another, and not straight from the deity itself. Hence, the fact that the Qu'ran is even remotely a true book is difficult to imagine given all the dissent it created back centuries ago.
