@gtasupergamerdude Which parks?All the alpine slides ( metal,cement ) are at ski resorts where there are mountains.Same with the alpine coasters in the US ( we have a few ) and many are in Europe.

Have fun!!!! I rode it twice the summer of 2000.The stick is easy to use,move it back for braking and forward to go fast.The slide I rode on was the one near Jackson at Atitash.

Nope,I just remembered, the nearest one for me is the one which I don't remember riding on,in Gatlinburg,TN.Iguess that was a boring ride compared to the big ones in NH and Colorado.:)

The closest one to me is in the mountains of Maryland.There is one cement track in Big Bear, a hr outside of LA.

The USA has no metal apline slides like this.All ours are cement.The most famous are in Winter Park,CO.,Park City,Utah and Atitash,NH.The ones I listed are 2 mile long ones.There was a 2 mile real fast slide in upstate NY but it closed 20 years ago as it was too fast.Its on You Tube under Song Mnt.slide.

Yes, you can fall off by hitting the side. I did one of these in Utah and they're tons of fun, but dangerous. Don't worry though, as long as you don't go top speed when going on a turn you should be fine.
