That's the trouble with our brains, always trying to make sense of things, sometimes its good to see things that are intended not to make sense, now they might have a purpose but that doesn't mean it has to make sense! @neonaction That would not be a bull shit answer. Sometimes that's just how artists are. The Fluxus movement in general were interested in change and movement - "the flux" - look up there manifesto and it will explain what they were about. If there is no meaning to some visual aspects of the film then the interpretation is different from person to person - thus the film is connecting directly with the movements ideal purpose (change).

@neonaction Could you first point me to a piece of art, film, etc. and tell me the meaning of that, and I will tell you the meaning of this! If we take for example a James Bond movie, what is the meaning of a film like those films? Is it to give us thrills? Then maybe this is in the same way to give thrills. Or maybe the film Dogville, is it about morals? Or is it just characters on a screen? What can meaning be if it is not subjective?
