Love your humor and wit! And love the interaction between son-in-law and Sheila. Left a comment on other video about jam. Was wondering what other recipes does Sheila show how to make? Tried to search, but couldn't find any.
I'm laughing while I watch this because until this summer, I would not have known what a pullet was! We have chickens now, so I know that a pullet is a young chicken and their eggs are smaller. Thanks for the wonderful recipe, and of course down-home charm!
@RobinInColorado Thanks for the comment or reply to my question! I was wondering what she meant by a pullet! Poulet is chicken in French, but she said it in such a way that I couldn't understand her.
how many tbls of lemon juice? i see she used 2 tbls for 4 cups of berries. but i will be using 8 cups of berries. would i need more or does it matter? thanks for the recipe sheila i cant wait to make my own with my 4 yr old!!
Your welcome, there is another video of Sheila making a Pork Meat Pie, you might want to check it out especially as the weather starts to cool. Enjoy :)
So any berries that have a skin, like blueberries, would need to be done using the bag hanging over the basin? If you made it the same way as you are doing here, would the blueberry skins in the jam not be good?

Interesting. This is exactly how my grandma made the jam when she was alive. Thanks for the info.

I loved the video but I would really like to have seen how Sheila completed the whole process.
