  • my zxr400 is the same, although mine is an ex racer (formula 400) on a twisty track it'll keep r1's in check, but give it a speed track and she struggles, i agree 400's are wicked for handling, but my old zx7r was good too, if a little hefty, the only fault i found was that the front would wash out to quick, although this could probably have been dialed out with suspention setup.

    godd vid mate

  • typical zxr400:P Smokes everything in the corner, then gets eaten on the straightsXD

Still, very good riding on your part.

  • The name of the track is in the title and you did not see it ? What is worse is it in your country. Lausitzring

  • nice very nice! I also drive a zxr 400. I wonder wich tyres I best take to go on the circuit. any suggestions?

    Thanks

  • ContiRace Attack Comp are good, also BT016 if you like Bridgestone.

  • @Neosophist

anyone tried the BT090 from Bridgestone?

  • I use the BT090 on my VFR400.. They are good tyres too! Well suited to a 400cc bike. Might not be quite as cutting edge at the newer BT016 etc but i'd use them any day.

  • the Conti race attacks take a long time to warm up properly though

  • hi, there are new tires called michelin power ones, they seem to be superb on the track. ( didnt tried em personaly yet tho...) u should check into that

  • i wana get a 400 thats able to knock out atleast 140mph any ideas?

  • First 30 secs of this vid give a perfect intro to the ZXR400 - completely annihilates bigger capacity bikes in the corners, then gets roasted on the straights.

  • @Ctaak hell yea youre so right ! hail that vid. !

  • Good video, nice riding, it looked fun! It's great to see someone use the potential of the zxr400. I did 1 track day on mine, I was really surprised with how easy it was to ride close to the limit. The complete lack of torque means you can give full throttle VERY early in the corner, and from that point onwards you are pulling away from riders on much bigger bikes. A guy on a Ducati 748 asked me how I had tuned my zxr750, when I told him it was a near standard 400 he was surprised!

  • The song name is "Last Year's Nest"

  • what's the name of the song?

  • h4h4! die gleiche geile shice. ich mag sowas. 3 kurven und mann ist wieder dran.

  • i shaw that, i had bought a 400 zxr h2......

  • Very very nice! My girlfriend has a ZXR400 to, I rode it a couple of times now and its fantastic!!! the cornerspeed is far beyond anything a have ever experienced! Its is one of the best performing bike's ever build! You dont need a 1000bhp, its proves that! PROPS TO KAWASAKI'S ZXR400!!! (ps check my vids 2!)

  • You've really made this bike go like a bat out of hell!! Congratulations on that and your riding skills... Am currently planning on buying me a ZXR 400 as a first bike precisely because I'd prefer to be comfortable throwing the bike into corners instead of just opening the throttle like a madman (like most GSXR 1000 freaks out there with <6 months experience)... Cheers man :) Take care with the 7r;]

  • Good driving skills.Good video.Respect.

  • holy cow a ZXR 400 about to pull some sort of ducatti on the straights :) is yours race geared? cause it seems REALLY good acceleration and not much top ive had 153 out of mine.... yours was barely touching 130 lovely bike :)

  • Nice driving! Great bike too. How many laps in front of the rest did you get?? :)

  • very good driver...

  • pretty skilled :)

  • what group's this, you're too fast for it!

  • Your right, but it was only on the first day, when laptimes were quite slow.

  • nice riding

  • Great Vid!
