ya you are right, but no offence but for the size of your base population u guys cant even get half the arena capacity never mind the full one. u guys should be up there in attendance with manitoba and chicago and hershey around 8,000
Not really, the Bulldogs do nothing to advertise themselves. Also half the population of Hamilton are Leaf fans, so they would rather stay home and watch the Leafs on TV than go watch the Canadiens farm team. When the Bulldogs play the Marlies there's around 10,000 people and 8,000 of them wear Leaf jerseys. . . .
lol dont exhagerate on your attendance figures, the average last year for hamilton home games vs toronto was 6199 , highest attendance being slightly over 7000 and the lowest under 4900, so no you dont get 10 000 ppl at a game, that may of been once but not on a general basis.
in Hamilton. yes , no one cares about AHL. .. In other cities like Hershey, Chicago, Winnipeg , Grand Rapids , the AHL is pretty big, i guess its because u have NHL close by.. but so does Hershey, just prooves a point of why not to bring a NHL team to Hamilton. old arena and u guys cant even support a team u have there now never mind paying 100$ a ticket lol. anyways im done arguing :)
LMAO you're an idiot, if the NHL comes to Hamilton they're guaranteed at LEAST 17,000+ per game. Everyone knows it, plus you must be living under a rock because Balsillie is going to renovate the arena big time. Along with raising the roof to add more seats. Even the NHL admits an NHL team in Hamilton would be successful and they're the ones fighting the move lmfao dude you have the internet obviously, go read up on the entire situation dumbass...
u dont have to get all immature about it.. and i know the current situation, im from winnipeg, the entire city is following it very closley, im not saying this because i dont want a team in hamilton , im sayig it because, everyone except balsillie and come other ppl think its a poor choice, gary betman, don cherry and wayne gretzky, patt quinn all have quotes of recently saying they would rather see NHL back in winnipeg and that the entire city deserves it. u dont have to start callin names.
I'm a Bears fan but I will admit Hamilton had a great team that year and deserved the Cup
