Hey there ! Look i just bought a vibration plate just like yours and it works very well for muscle developpement. I was just curious about how that machine works on bones. Seems a weird question, but do you think i will see results with bone growth, like wrist and hands ? Thanks !
I actually went for a session today for 10 minutes down the street from my work. It really does work your muscles. I was in squat position for a few minutes, then moved on to pushups and tricep dips. My upper back is still feeling the burn after a few hours!
I know there are lots of skeptics out there, but should definitely try it out once and make a decision for yourself.
This is in no way a substitute for my workouts (5x a week). This is just adding to it!
@kertcobainSA Do your homework "retard"........all the NFL, pro ball and pro hockey use it.......I guess they are retards huh? You obviously don't know Jackshit and don't research or read............another close minded hater... its ok.........you still watch my videos huh??
@Sagman9000 yea and you're telling me Arnold looks like modern day bodybuilders like Jay Cutler?? Science makes bigger, better, stronger athletes..............unless you've been living in a cave every decade records fall from better athletes using science and nutrition to build better bodies.......and obviously the cosmonauts needed it to stay in space for a year without losing bone mass/density.... you are close minded and ignorant my friend
@johnnyblatez I'm an Arnold disciple but you can't possibly look at their pics side to side and say that with any hint of honesty!!!!!!! strictly no comparison whatsoever!!!
@Sagman9000 figures........20 years old.........lol ..... Vibration technology is proven by science and in outer space with the cosmonauts and used by most professional sports teams who don't use fly-by-night methods and machines to mold their athletes...........but its a load of bullshit right???????? Yea we all believe YOU junior.
new technology? weren't these machines out in the 50's or 60's which you stand on and claimed to rid of body fat. you wont see pro bodybuilders using these because the only way to build serious muscle is by lifting good old fashioned heavy weights..
@domhan123 Thats very archaic thinking my friend. Science changes every day......all the NFL,NHL and pro baseball teams and many colleges use them for their athletes............. I suppose they all don't know what they are doing??
Well I definitely agree that Vibra Slim is probably very effective (just based on watching your video), however, wouldn't it also be effective to move up in the intensity of push-ups through variations? What I mean is, couldn't you get a similar effect from doing say, pseudo-pushups? Or planche (even though it involves Abs)?
Vibra Slim is great for working upper body as a whole, but I'd be more interested in variations such as pseudo and planche for a full body workout. Your thoughts?
Very interesting. What is the theory/science behind this machine? Is this the same impact as these electro stimulation gadgets to put around your waist, arms, etc.?
@torbentwins The Vibraslim® Vibration Exercise Machine is a scientifically calibrated machine that produces vibrations from the feet up distributing vibrational energy to the entire body. These vibrations results in rapid and intense muscle fiber contractions from 5 to 30 times per second
Why is a pre workout necessary? I thought a good warm up on a cardio machine then a few warm up sets with stretching is all thats needed before a workout.
I used to work for Madonna, she has 3 of these in her home gym. They work by challenging the deep muscle tissue for stability. Very good pre AND post workout device. I find when I use these after my workout, I can reduce DOMs by 70-80%. Which means I don't walk like a retard 2 days after heavy squats and cleans.
Is this one of those late night infomercial gadgets like the "Shake weight vibration tool" ,"electric shock abdominal belt " & " Ab doer ". If not then what's the difference from these other gadgets .. never seen this one before.. It kinda reminds of the 1950's elastic vibrating belt that shakes fat away .. lol
@Reignunlimited Don''t be so close minded and make comments about something you no NOTHING about . .That makes you OLD at any age bro! did you bother to read the info below? It's scientifically proven in space by the russians......I don't pitch and hawk BS machines.....rather I'm passing on something I've found that will help you change your health in many good ways.
@totalhealth4life .. Relax buddy .. didnt I just say I never saw this one before.. can you blame me in todays world of marketing anything to make a buck .. if you say it works for you then fine .. but I would have to borrow yours for a couple of days and test it out before went out and bought one..
@Reignunlimited I'm relaxed. You're right....I reread your comment....my bad bro. I already said you're right about most of the crap out there. Understood.

Really does look like it works great. That's a damn solid workout in its own right.
Doesn't look like push ups are "compatible" with the machine though, since your head is about hitting the stand.
