Dewalt tool batteries for electric bikes and scooters (2)

What is the current status on the 36 volt DeWalt L-Ion battery packs? R they still making the 36v tools and packs? Seems that most manufacturers are going with the 10 volt pack/tool design. I am supposing that is to take advantage of mass productionof batteries for the Laptop market, which mostly seem to be running of a 19volt pack design?
