  • @TraceurMeeka Try turning your hands out to the side slighty, and also keep in mind that really contracting the shoulders doesn't make you lean forward as much.

  • @TraceurMeeka try turning your hands out to the side a bit, contracting the shoulders very hard also helps you not lean forward as much.

  • Try it with straight legs all the way up! It's so much harder but i looks way more cool :)

  • I have been trying and trying to be able to just get my feet off the ground to the planche tuck position and I can get real close and almost all the weight off my feet, but I just can't get the balance. How did you train?

  • @tutoradvance Work on the 'frog stand' try get that 30 seconds!

  • Not really a proper tuck planche but thats still nice and smooth man well done :)

  • Sick man! very smooth and clean!

  • 0_o

    Amazing, I'm lost for words.

  • that was sick

  • Nice Job!

you start with your hips a bit high for a tuck planche. TP hips are even with shoulders. You are just about doing a pike press without keeping straight legs, which is still great :) Focus on starting with hips lower and it will help your planche progression.

Keep up the good work man!

  • ¬_¬ you got better planches than me

  • I agree mate.

  • Nice control, coming down is a bitch.

  • Don't you worry about that, more stuff coming up for sure.

  • Good to see you progressing so quickly!

Can't wait to see what else you have in store for us. Keep it up!

  • Great job!

  • Sounds good, cant wait.

  • nice bro upping a vid of the full planche but bent arms. longer than 10 second hold now

    and the handstand calp pressup

  • more of a press handstand with tucked legs. ideally you would want to start with the hips at shoulder level. very good job though, straight arm strength can be hard to develop. keep it up!

  • sweet mate, congrats :) , your progressing so quickly good stuff , build up to trying it as a straddle next (Y)

  • Woot! Congrats! lol

I remember when i did my first one

Later as your progress go to handstand pushups :D

  • yeah man! nice balance!

  • damn, very nice dude :D I am jealous of you :P would be better though if ur back was a bit lower before u start the move... but eh, whatever, it's a sweet move anyway :D

Keep up the good work and progress, can't wait to see what u come up with next ;)

    Peace.
