@TraceurMeeka Try turning your hands out to the side slighty, and also keep in mind that really contracting the shoulders doesn't make you lean forward as much.
I have been trying and trying to be able to just get my feet off the ground to the planche tuck position and I can get real close and almost all the weight off my feet, but I just can't get the balance. How did you train?
you start with your hips a bit high for a tuck planche. TP hips are even with shoulders. You are just about doing a pike press without keeping straight legs, which is still great :) Focus on starting with hips lower and it will help your planche progression.
more of a press handstand with tucked legs. ideally you would want to start with the hips at shoulder level. very good job though, straight arm strength can be hard to develop. keep it up!
damn, very nice dude :D I am jealous of you :P would be better though if ur back was a bit lower before u start the move... but eh, whatever, it's a sweet move anyway :D
Keep up the good work and progress, can't wait to see what u come up with next ;)

Try it with straight legs all the way up! It's so much harder but i looks way more cool :)
