@emilyhannahloves you do recieve what you order but 4 some strange reason they tend to say oh we are refunding you, because it broke whist packaging, i mean come on if it was broken during packaging they can replace it, its very strange, i found that when you do really order alor of make up ypu never get all, plus i notoced most do thz now,. it al falls down to delivery but delivery is paid or free orders over 75 pounds. i think its unfair 2 be honest.
