Also if you have windows 7 ( Vista maybe) you have to run the photoshop app as admin.

For english users...

Just extract the file, open the folder and open the shortcut for photoshop. Do not move it out of the folder or it will not work. A shortcut will work though.

Thanks, and for everyone who is english or whatever basicly, download the rar file and extract it to desktop, then open the photoshop folder on your desktop and find the application called photoshop with a blue logo MAKE SURE YOU RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR! and dont move the file, you can make a shortcut tho
