So, they posted an article on allkpop where Tablo explains why they're releasing a new album without Tukutz.

Here's the quote:

I think that music has its own time. Its like an emotion that will pass if its not heard right now. If time passes on, itll feel different.

I'm guessing they wanted to make a final album dedicated to the leaving of Tukutz. With an album name like "Epilogue", that comes as no surprise. I'm pretty excited.
