I'll never stop playing mate, I've been attempting to learn this piece for a couple of weeks now, but it's really difficult, though I can play the first 8 bars quite smoothly now.

The techniques used in this song is completely new to me, but I am so glad I came across Neil Zaza, he's now up there in my top 3 players, though Paul Gilbert will ALWAYS be my favourite!!!!

RE: Buckethead, I really dig his style a lot, and the whole mystery he creates with his persona.

sure thing, it's 12-11-9-11-12-11-9 on the high E string, then 12-10-9-10-9 on the B string, 11-9-8-9-11 on the G string, 9-10-12 on the B string, 9-11-9 on E, 12 on B, 9-12-11 on E, and a slide from 12 to 14 on B. sorry I didn't tab it, I'm not very good at tabbing lol. anyway just make sure you listen to that part a bunch to get the rhythm right, the fast parts are mostly triplets.also this lick is legato so you should only pick each string once and use hammer-ons and pulloffs.hope that helps!

there are 2 reasons that this doesnt sound as good as he normaly does..

1: He´s much better live than in a studio..

2: This recording is before he got the blue cort nz1 guitar, and his old guitar didnt have the same sound at all..
