It's not TYT (or whoever's video it happens on) making the volume of the commercials so much higher than the video; they have no control of that. I read something a few weeks ago about this in the WSJ. Apparantly it's so much of a problem with some commercials on television that the FCC is going to have to do something to get it under control.

It really sucks, when I watch TV at night, I have to turn the volume way down so the commercials don't wake up my girlfriend.

Ok i found it. it mentions national security letters and i found it on TYT channel on youtube entitled Obama Wants To Spy On Internet Users. I actually agree with this guy on something! The govt is getting too much power. The fbi can just write a letter, apparently, present it to a business or hospital, whatever, that says they want to view all the contents of your files and apparently they can do this with your internet info too, get all your emails etc. I dont have exact details right now.
