  • my grandfather got a freshly repainted 1952 Buick Riviera Super 8 with dark blue in Trinidad and Tobago

  • Bu ick :(

  • Oh my god who seriously wants to be seen in this piece of shit

  • @KhidFresh People who are willing to buy it, fix it up, and possibly sell it.

  • Love that all metal, USA made classic. Nice Kyle. Thanks. The rear widows were awesome.

  • wish they made cars like this still

  • Thumbs up if you saw Kyle's Genesis.

  • WOW!!!!!!

  • Rat rod potential there!

  • 1952 Buick Riviera Super 8: Slightly Used.....

  • No keyless entry?

  • GREAT SAABKYLE04

  • Makes me wonder when that the last time it was that she ran.

  • Start it up? wanted to hear her. also strange its only got 6 gills being a V8

  • @petayV8 i guess shes dead thats why he didnt start it

  • Late 40`s and early 50`s cars are so beautiful designed.

This 1952 Buick is a good example of cool 50`s cars.

  • I bought one of these in 1962 for $90.00. It was cherry at the time. Wish I had it now.

  • @bimjales SOB

    ONLY 90 BUCKS?

  • @ThatCheetosGuy79 Yes. Remember that in 1962 this car was already 10 years old and $90.00 was worth a lot more than it is today. I bought a 1941 Buick 4dr. with the spare tire on the front fender in 1966 for $450.00. It was already appreciating as an antique then. I sold it 10 years later for $1000.00. Wish I had that one now too.

  • @bimjales i wish cars were that cheap nowdays...

  • @ThatCheetosGuy79 Me too CheetosGuy. I am currently driving a 14 year old car that is nearly brand new-like that I paid less than $5000 for four years ago. I do love the older cars. :)

  • @bimjales i hate most new cars

  • @ThatCheetosGuy79 I will love todays new cars tomorrow. LOL!

  • @bimjales yeah :D

  • @bimjales I know where you're coming from. I'm driving a 13 year old truck that runs like new at 230,000 miles, but its cosmetically not perfect since it was and is used as a truck was designed to be. They sure don't make them like they used to though. I wager that any car made in the last 5 years WILL NOT last more than 200,000 miles without significant amounts of parts replaced. Everything in my truck is stock.

  • looks like that car is just under 1,990,000 miles.

  • Kyle you should take this chance and make this your very first project car ! xD

  • Could you do a ford escort ZX2

  • Do you think you can find a '57 chevy biscayne?

  • when somebody restores it would be a reailly nice car

  • This car in very very bad condition.

  • you would think that GM would have known about undercoating - maybe about 1984 they stopped Rusting...front end on this car is choice

  • does it run?

  • id take an old car over a new car any day!

  • @trucker765 Agreed.

  • Nice looking project car. If it runs, I reckon it'd be an easier project to work with.

  • I hat it when people judge cars simply by looking at the exterior. My 1959 Cadillac Sedan looks like sh** on the outside, but the interior, and all mechanical aspects are like factory fresh.

  • Outstanding video. Thanks for that. Love these old girls!

  • @PedrosBuick

    Maybe before

But now I think these girls are like your grandmother lol

  • I'm going very well mate and thanks for asking.

  • Looks like Justin Bieber's car

  • @MrDdave5 this is a car video, nobody cares about justin beiber!!!

  • My truck was made in Detroit too. 99 chevy silverado

  • now that's a buick! you get hit by that, ur done

  • it's a beauty even in this condition

  • the 1950-1953 Buick Super 8 was made in

    Detroit, Michigan, United States

  • @Annihilator1111 Probably Flint, Michigan, USA actually, that was where most of the American Buicks were made up until the 1980s.

  • @OlegKostoglatov yeah i know then after the late 80s like 86 they were assembled in Hamtrack,Michigan

  • I hope it´s owner doesn´t turn it into a silly hot rod with giant bling wheels, bucket seats and all that BS when he restores it!!

  • this car is gorgeous!!

  • Is there any way to make the car look like it just came off the show room floor by restoring it?

  • somebody needs to buy that and make fix it up badly to make it a show /racing car ;D

  • That Riviera needs some serious TLC!...someone Help it!

  • nort to sixty in twenty seconds? nowadays a regular civilian car does it in five. Amazing what evolution has brought. All that with less emission and better fuel efficiency.

  • Does it run?

  • Haha. "Hold this for a sec". *Nice tone voice* Tells a long story.

  • What a name for a dealership..."We Buy Gold"

  • We buy gold? wtf, hahahahaha

  • My uncle had one like this, the year of my birth! (: My older cousin used to take me for ice cream in it! That two-speed Dynaflow was so smooth, but the car wasn't peppy. I remember my cars... We had some goodies, too!

  • what a beautiful car

  • what the hell is with upper radiator hose?

  • If you drove this in that time you were the richest person.it's needs some restoration that's all.Your good to go! and exclusive

  • looks a like a davidsfarm car

  • sweet mafia car

  • That is an incredible car. Great lines, great curves. Neat features and touches of creativity to set Buick apart from other cars. I love it. Thanks for posting it!

  • This review and the review on the Chrysler are very neat!!!! Both of these cars are definitely very rare finds!!!! I love the fact that this Buick has the original owners manual. I hope that owners manual books never go away. I don't like that fact that some car companies are only including DVDs with their cars. That's just wrong!!!!

  • Thats to cool I have not seen one of these in years thanks!

  • I wish they made Inline 8s today. Such majestic engines!

  • It would be truly 'classic' in the purest meaning of the word if it were both very old but yet in or near mint condition....this car has obviously not been taken care of--just look at all of the rust and mismatched colors on the inside and the very unkept interior---it could be very beautiful, though, if it went through a thorough reconditioning.

  • if i had cash i would buy this n then restore it its so beautiful

  • To bad shes seen some better days. You would ONLY find something this beautiful from America. Cool!

  • Thanks Kyle, for the cool video. Your Chyrsler video is great too.

  • Does it run and is it for sale and if so how much

  • @Chopperman96 YES it is for sale. $4800. It runs great. email & we can meet you there any time, garagegrl@yahoo.com. William

  • Does it run and is it for sale

  • man wat a beautiful car

  • Very cool old Buick! Great vid as always!

  • does it run?

  • @nicks1258 i was gonna say the same thing lol

  • I can tell that steering wheel in this car is a heck of a lot bigger compared to steering wheels in today's cars. Love your detailed review and tour of this beautiful antique!

  • id drive it.

  • seeing old cars is like music. some of the new stuff is catchy, but they will never be as good as the classics.

  • @stopscrewingaround11 You hit the nail on the head! You're exactly right and agree with you 100%!

  • Yummy, another classic. I also noticed Kyle that older cars provide more space at the drivers seat..

  • I wonder if you dropped a battery in if it would startup? Those plugs and wires actually look preety good. Heck never knew a straight 8 engine existed.

  • @7477238 It runs great. Has a new battery. Just unhooked.

  • Man you can tell how old this thing is! Look at the shift pattern PNDLR

  • My pop-pop has a '57 Special in Black. He used to have a '56 Special, but he sold it. Buicks are nice cars. His other old cars are a '59 I believe Caddy DeVille and a '60 Caddy DeVille.

  • How are you finding all these rare cars?

  • I find old cars like this one WAAAY more interesting then a newer european or american car. Does anyone know why they started to make inline 8's then just kept puttin V8's in there instead? I bet that a V8 has better torque then a inline.

  • You sure the mileage wasn't 180,000? lol

  • @thenuge88 no they have the original title and records lol

  • @thenuge88

I have a 1951 Super that has been restored.....need to sell it ....what's it worth?

  • it probably has 190,000 but it just doesn't say it

  • @JeepGCOverland47 nope, it's been documented, that's why I said original

  • @JeepGCOverland47 yes exactly those cars when they hit 100,000 Miles they would just go back over to 000,000! but dude i do belive kyle.

  • that ornament is really nice! Anyway a Inline8, now i understand why these 50s cars had these enormous bonnet!

  • Very nice that you find this Buick and the Chrysler just when Mafia 2 came out :)

    Perfect for the 50s.

You know when its time to upload the right videos. Thanks man !

  • @Rockport1911 Dude these 2 cars are in the game!! I've found them both, I don't remember the names but I have indeed seen them haha

  • sweet old classic that looks like had long old life

  • I remember reading in Car and Driver what that "Body made by Fisher" meant once I pull it out I will let you know.

  • it be nice if it was restored and than make new in depth tour.

    yes i enjoy it

  • a sigth for soore eyes

  • Buicks of the 50's were sweet as hell lookin, that car defiantly deserves to be restored!

  • There is too much rust for renovation. I bet the floor is one big hole..

  • @LukaszLKW they restore worse cars than this. sometimes they do a body-off-frame restoration and put a new frame underneath with the same vin number. this is an easy restoration.

  • WOW DUDE, Ive been watching your videos since way back when, and you have improved drastically, you make a video about a boring old car, seem very very interesting. I enjoy all your videos and I hope you never stop! Im sure Im not the only one who feels this way :D

  • @2k5mike And your signature intro is really catchy, great work.

  • it screams for restoration

  • I'd drive it as is. It ooozes rat rod style :)

  • Holy Cow!!!! I love this video, one of the best you've ever done. I REALLY REALLY want that Buick!!! and to restore it. As you can tell by my username I'm a huge Buick fan. Probably the biggest you'll ever met, Haha. Great video.

  • nice car

  • It's a crying shame that this is being left there to rust :( Someone HAS to restore it.

  • How do you get these people to agree to let you tour, video tape there cars randomly

? do you just walk in and ask?

  • @Accordian85 obviously he also shows his channel and what he does... geeez

  • You're at antique shops now! Cool! You will know Monroe like the back of your hand in no time at all!

  • does it run?

  • this car is just begging to be restored....

  • It said Super! I said Thanks for asking!! XD

  • this thing looks scary and hunted

  • @infinity3jif You mean "haunted"?

  • this car is from an era when coupe's actually had room in the backseat lol

  • what... no start up??

  • Detroit steel baby, those old Buicks are fucking trains.

  • Nice parking spot for the Genesis. Thats EXACTLY where I would park my Grand Prix if I was there.

  • beautiful car lol

  • Looks like time has not been too kind to the poor old Buick. Still a beauty though. Hopefully someone will buy that and restore it so it can shine like the golden oldie it is.

  • bro too bad you didnt turn the car on, i woulda loved to hear how that inline 8 sounds :D

  • dude if yu ever get a chance to go to cuba these old cars are everywhere, also some ladas.

  • That's an old car, wow, it's probably got a lot of miles...how much do they want at the time of the video?

  • OMG looks like Castro's car!!!!

  • @faissalinho laugh out loud.i think fidel castro has a lot better car its people who have cars like these.

  • @koioo2 yeah i agree, but he bought it brand new 58 years ago !!!!

  • @faissalinho thats a century ago. wowwwwww.maby kyle do a in depth tour if it is restored who knows.

  • @faissalinho who is Castro?

  • @robbie5448 well.... you know, a bearded old hispanic man from an island who retired now. ;)

  • Wowww

  • This is awesome...

  • How much were they asking for it?

  • @onthatone $4800. It runs great.

  • love these vids of classic cars!!! thank you! =D

  • Wow, that is rare. Does it still run?

  • No cruise control or power steering?? What a rip...ha jk. Hahah 2 ashtrays.....they thought smoking was good for you.

  • Beautiful car, they don't make them with that much character anymore. I hope you'll be posting some more antique car videos in the future, I love seeing them. Great video as usual!

  • i love how the rear windows roll down.

  • where's the 4WDs at?

  • WHAT A RUST BUCKET, VERY NICE THO

  • Wow, like really wow. Can't believe you found this! Beautiful.

  • 'Straight eight, fireball eight"

    "I'm a good driver"

    "Hanes 32"

All great quotes from one of my fav movies evAR . Rain Man.

  • Oh their's that white Genesis, making another sneak-appearance.

  • damnn i wish you could fire up on of these and yes i know you ethier dont have the keys or they are unable to start

  • that car is soo cool i love these old car videos...... it would be cool if u could start em up

  • Just look at that car. Where did GM's great styling go? While I like the last-generation Riviera, it is nowhere near as distinctive as this.

  • Kyle...... you are THE MAN! When I move to Spartanburg, I will be down to your neck of the woods. I love what you do, you do it sooooo well.

  • Change the title, it's "Riviera," not "Riveria". Great review as always.

  • Wow sweet old car, do you know if it still runs, ? It looked like it has a newer batterey!

  • @redneckbryon It still runs great. The battery was not hooked up.

  • No More Thumps Up???

  • You went all the way back for this one! Thanks for the tour. It was nice to see that car. It has so much potential to be restored.

  • you should keep an eye out for a semi truck or something...that would be interesting
