  • Telling isn't selling

I liked the use of small questions like 'does that make sense?' to keep the vendors engaged. The piece leading up to a recap of why the house hasn't sold was great.

Stats part was agony. Lead with questions there:

"Where do you think most buyers look for property?"

"If you were to guess. What percentage of buyers do you think use the internet to search for a new home?"

"Knowing these statistics, would you choose to advertise in the newspaper or focus online?"

  • I was about to make fun of this but than I realized this guy isn't bad.

It was a little awkward at first - but pretty soon he made the entire room feel comfortable and assured with his ability. He would come off even better in front of a client.

  • This is great! Thanks Tom

  • I just wanted to say thankyou for the seminar you gave in Tel-Aviv.

It was super and I realy enjoyed ut very much.

  • This was a perfect listing presentation. It's a proven script. Watch, learn and implement based on your personality.

  • I thought he did a good job of pacing and leading. Overall, I think he did a good job. Not sure what other people are complaining about. He was smooth.

  • As an agent myself, I will say.....sellers don't want to hear all the B.S. If I was the seller, I would have booted this babbling "typical Realtor" out of my house. Blab..blab...blab..blab. Sellers don't want fluff....they want an agent that is not a "put on car salesman".

  • Very Nice!

  • Am i the only one who was not impressed? Maybe its because im a realtor, but if I was on the other side of the table i would have told mr tubs to take a hike.

  • @DELPHIIII word, im a agent too and I wouldve kicked him out early... he's trying to sell himself and service too much... good shit, u must be a good realtor

  • bull Crap

  • she is not speaking comfortbe and pushing to remember the script. sould be more natural. she is like reading a book not a good idea. Ilke the listing edge by Tom Ferry

That, is excelent presentation. this is reading a script from line one to end like a robot.

  • As a new agent this gretaly helped out...thanks!

  • Great presentation.

  • Gosh, I wish I was as great a conversationalist as he is. I was watching this from the eyes of a person wanting to be a real estate agent and I still learned something from his presentation looking through the eyes of a home owner. lol He's good.

  • Interesting Have a Look at Lee Woodward's Video

  • This is "THE" most powerful listing presentation I have ever seen.
