the nfl extended it's deal with ea so we have to wait until 2013 for madden to get any competition. So they'll just keep making shitty games like this.
Why are you all complaining when some people are subjected to a boring life at home without Madden? Some people can not even afford it, but would love to have it. If you do not like it so much, why did you buy it in the first place, and then why do you continuously purchase the new one that comes out every year? If you really do not like it this much, do not buy it and donate the money to help give food and shelter to those that do not have it, because they certainly need it desperately.
PPL that want to see more 2K football games be made should email the NFL about it. I went to nfl.com and sent them an email under contact us and asked if they would please consider not renewing the exclusivity deal with ea so that we can have more than 1 choice for a football game each year. If enough ppl do this you never know what could happen.

madden 09 is pure garbage...Your defense is useless but the computer defense is top notch. The running game is non-existant. i would carry the ball 24 times and only end up with 75 yards. Every 3rd pass is a interception also. I've been playing madden since 96 and 09 lost me as a fan and i will not be wasting $60 on madden 10

he's not trying to show off his 2 skills vs his friend, he's trying to show that if you put 11 guys on 1 and the route is crossing the hashes, the receiver will win. in real life if they double team a guy like, uh, lets say randy moss, he's probly not getting open that play. this should be an automatic int because the qb is basically playing 500 with the defense. no qb that accurate to throw between 11 guys down the field and no receiver should be able to get open while being covered by 11 guys.
Yeah, this game is absolutely horrible. To me, it feels like the players are running on ice. It never has felt like they actually plant their foot in the grass. They run like a stick is up their butt also, and even if the ball goes straight into the defenders hands, he drops it, of course. Madden is going downhill because it's adding the features that aren't what's needed to make the game better. Come back 2k!

madden 09 is pure garbage...Your defense is useless but the computer defense is top notch. The running game is non-existant. i would carry the ball 24 times and only end up with 75 yards. Every 3rd pass is a interception also. I've been playing madden since 96 and 09 lost me as a fan and i will not be wasting $60 on madden 10

you have a really good piont. i know how your feeling the same thing happened to me. i cant even run in madden 09 i ALWAYS GET STOPPED even if i use the best runner back with the best o-line i still get stopped. EA really messed up with madden 09 and the running game not to mention the cover defense SUCKS! i cant cover anybody!

dude, i think its just you. i can run for like 150-200yds on 24 carries in all-pro and 100-150 on all madden with those 24 carries. and i throw ints against the comp at most 1 time a game (i rarely throw interceptions online). The game is not hard lol, its u. my brother completely blows and throws 6-9 ints in 1 game on pro-i think hes just like you

he's not trying to show off his 2 skills vs his friend, he's trying to show that if you put 11 guys on 1 and the route is crossing the hashes, the receiver will win. in real life if they double team a guy like, uh, lets say randy moss, he's probly not getting open that play. this should be an automatic int because the qb is basically playing 500 with the defense. no qb that accurate to throw between 11 guys down the field and no receiver should be able to get open while being covered by 11 guys.

Yeah, this game is absolutely horrible. To me, it feels like the players are running on ice. It never has felt like they actually plant their foot in the grass. They run like a stick is up their butt also, and even if the ball goes straight into the defenders hands, he drops it, of course. Madden is going downhill because it's adding the features that aren't what's needed to make the game better. Come back 2k!
