I purchased the Top Tier last June and it is a very nice piece of equipment. You get what you pay for - this thing is SOLID. I love it. Keep up the great work John.

Blichmann really backs his products. Wait till you have a problem and try to get it resolved. " I certainly recall the conversation. Let me know how much the billwas and we'll see what we can do. Sincerely, John BlichmannBlichmann Engineering, LLC." And guess what he did to rectify the situation-nada. I love the patch flag john, I was in the boy scouts too, when I was twelve. Do not buy anything from this guy.
@weldfab100 Hi, I noticed you made this same post on three different videos. I'm sorry you had a bad experience; you didn't mention whether you tried resolving it through your retailer. If you would email the details plus any correspondence with Blichmann Eng. to NB Customer Svc., perhaps we could help.
I just received my new Top Tier. Assembly was fairly easy, about four hours with all of the tweaking and reconfiguring to the final layout. Two burners and cooler shelf on top. Brewed 5 gallon all grain to test. Worked perfectly. Gravity fed from HLT to mash tun to boiler and used March pump for transfer up to HLT and ending with pumping through Therminator chiller. Blichmann makes a great product, highest quality. You pay a little more, but quality is never cheap. Jeff, Whitefish, MT
@chemimangia It's all about priorities. I've managed to buy some Blichmann products and I made about $20K a year. I don't feel like I have the money to buy a flat panel TV and I know A LOT of people that don't make much that do--just not important enough to me. Quality engineering and being made in the same country I'm a tax paying citizen of is worth the extra money; even if I have to save for a while to get it.
He has had one of his own for years now! RIMS. John and I have talk a lot on him making it for retail..I just think there to many safety things a bought it. Happy brewing BILLY D
I just order the top tier. Saved up for 4 months and finally went for it. Can't wait to get it going!

Blichmann is like the Rolls Royce of home brew equiptment. It's soooo awesome but I could never afford it.

@chemimangia
Cheaper than Morebeer BrewSculptures, Sabco brew-magic and brewtree.
You could build a brutus 10, but it would cost you about the same depending on materials.
