Thanks Shawna, it is really heavy and doesn't rise much. I've knocked the recipe in half and just do 3 loaves and they always turn out. but, for some reason it doesn't when I do 6 loaves. It just tears and when I add 2 or 3 minutes more it still tears. I'll try again adding more time to kneed. Thank you.
It looks like it needs another 2-3 minutes mixing or even 4 minutes. I usually go more than the 8 minutes. Does it rise and bake ok? or is it too heavy?

Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong. My 2, 3 and 4 loaf recipes turn out, but the 6 loaf doesn't.
