thats nothing, it just takes a lot of practice, anyone who wants to do it can, after lots of pratice it gets easier and easier, this is a process called musscle memory your musscles know where the stick should be so the ball lands on the stick with less force. This is a matter of science and how your body learns new tricks. im not impressed yet.

@ZachLeduc09 Nope im not but really thats all it is when you have done stuff over and over again your musscles know what to do automatically, If you watch professional Chinese Kungfu- the snake style it is possible to have fast strike and its all due to musscle memory, i cant do what your doing with the exorcise ball but i can catch it, on the stick like you can. But i havnt done that in a while.
