This sounds like Steve Organ's story. While no one is calling Steve a liar, there's a lot of doubts about what vault he was shown.  The whole story doesn't make much sense. The bottom line is this : if you are invested in certificates or unallocated silver, you don't own any physical silver, all you own is a paper claim on the assets of the institution. The banks are under no obligation to hold physical silver matching their paper obligations.

@TheSilverMeister Sprott's PSLV silver is stored at the Royal Canadian Mint vaults. If this was indeed Sprott's silver it had nothing to do with the ETF.

When I upload audio content to my channel I open Windows Movie Maker (which comes standard issue default on Windows XP), drop the MP3 or wav file into the audio/music section, drop a JPEG, BMP, or GIF into the video section, go to File > Save Movie File As... Its the bargain bin method but it gets the job done pretty quickly.
