different is bigger if compare another songs, for example "What'd I Say " from 1964, 70's and 2000..some songs from 60's, for example "If I Had You " maybe isn't performed live later ??

of course, and classic rock sound (with his band Squire) is lost..maybe now Tom can perform again (with 95%quality) one of his first song "Don't Pretend", demo track from 1962...

I don't care what year it is - Tom is still THE VOICE! Personally, I prefer his LIVE performances, like Vegas and more recent. His voice is deeper now and he's still got the moves.
