When I was younger and way more insecure (age 17), I gave this one lesbian girl in my calculus class a really hard time for being homosexual...and I regret the shit out of it. It's true that the people who bully people for being gay (or really, for any reason) are doing it because they are not secure in themselves (exactly the case with me). Looking back on it, I probably made that girl feel like shit. I hope she's doing ok now.
