Nice car. I have an 81 with a 78 front clip, 327 w/T-Ram, 4 spd & 12 bolt rear w/ 4.10's. Mine used to be auto, but got boring & not streetable. So I swapped out for the stick & wow what fun it is now. Launches harder & is a thrill to drive. Peace out dudes.......

Pretty quick! I've also got 3.42s in an eaton posi, with a 2400 stall in a TH350. I think the energizer cam has a little more lift at around .480. No times yet tho.

Mine has 2500 stall and 350 turbo. I lied, the last time I went to the track I ran a 9.05. I forgot about that one. I put a little cam in mine so it would be a real streetable and dependable.

Nice 'Bu. What cam are you running? Any timeslips? I've got an '80 with a 355 and Vortecs and a crane energizer. I'm thinking of stepping up to a powermax. Those heads really go.

Running small cam .450 .450 lift. Has 3.42 gears and runs 9.15 at 80 mph in 1/8 mile with street tires.
