  • Neville is such a BAMF. When he's killing that snake and giving his badass speech, he has this whole air about him that's like, "BITCH PLEASE Death Eaters." Shows how much he's grown from the kid that got caught out of bed at night in the first book.

  • Kepp Calm and Be A BAMF in a Cardigcan and Kill Nagini = Neville.

  • I wish there was a piano tutorial for this...

  • Stand down, Neville.

  • All I could think when I was watching this is... GO NEVILLE! YOU KILL THAT BASTARD OF A SNAKE FOR ALL THAT IT'S WORTH BABY! GO ON NEV! KILL HIM, SLAUGHTER HIM, SLICE HIS MANKY HEAD OFF NEVILLE! Neville, go go go Neville oh yeah!

  • this kid blew up a fucking BRIDGE!!! LEGEND

  • should be called "neville the bamf" instead ;)

  • Hello I am a fan of harry potter I like I put a lot of your videos and writing I can reciprocate sn ^ _ ^ in September I a fan of harry potter movies but it is a serious thing ^ _ ^

  • Neville you BAMF.

  • This part almost made me shout outloud in the theater, "Yeah what now BITCH!" But then I saw Neville get blasted into the Great Hall. This movie was fantastic. Thumbs up if u agree.

  • Hermione's face in the background makes her look like a wee goblin.

  • epic.

  • The way lucius looks behind him like fuck it im leaving

  • @spoiledspider Yeah you can hear Bellatrix shouting at the other Death Eaters "NO! Come back! Come on!" when they're all leaving and if you pay attention, you also hear her calling out Lucius' name before he leaves with Narcissa and Draco. I liked that "well that's it, we walk it out with class" from the Malfoys, lol.

  • When I watch this movie, I think of Neville fainting at the mandrake, of Ron calling hermione a "nightmare with no friends," of hermione being distraught at invading the 3rd floor corridor, and of Harry getting his hogwarts letter. How much they've grown.

  • @goscrafteagles When I watch the part where Hermione says "I'll go with you" and hugs Harry, and then Harry looks at Ron with a look that just totally says "I love you," I think of the "she's a nightmare, honestly" scene. Idkwhy, but I cry <':

  • @FallingPotatoes and of seamus blowing up the feather, and ginny running away at the sight of harry, and so many others.

  • I love that just after the war and Neville killed Nagini, he's just sitting there with a smile on his face like "Yeah... I really am a badass." And then Luna comes over and he smiles brighter.

Aw, I knew I made the right choice in having a crush on Neville Longbottom.

  • the scene where the malfoys leave hogwarts was epic and funny the same time lol

  • "It doesn't mather Harry is gone. People die everyday, friends, family, Yeah.. we lost Harry tonight, but he's still with us, in here=♥, and so is Fred, Remus, Tonks, all of them, They didn't die invane, but you will because your'e wrong, Harrys heart did beat for us, For all of us. its not over!!"

  • @44Coolcatty wow thanks for that... none of us saw the fuckin movie so you qouting it really helped a lot of people out. dumb fuck.

  • @redbuffalo15 exuse me!? ... i quotet it because i love this speech, and while listening to this music, it makes me think of it. Don't call Harry Potter a "Fucking" movie.. it's not! If you have nothing nice to write, don't write at all, you are a dumb fuck!

  • @44Coolcatty AHAHA, I love how you say "If you have nothing nice to write, dont write at all" and then proceed to calling him a dumb fuck.

Do you think that was nicely said? Do you wanna try not to contradict yourself, because that would be great.

  • @44Coolcatty I have this memorized. Neville <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

  • Neville has always stood out to me, I knew he'd turn out to be the way he did in this last film. :)

  • i love how bellatrix was screaming in the scene to the malfoys, and they just left :P

  • @mhlking123 Yeah lol, she's like COME ON! FIGHT! and Lucius is liek "The fuck I am, bitch" XDDDD

  • I still wish they put in "I'll join you when Hell freezes over!" from the book, but still a great scene.

  • neville cud of done it in 3 books

  • I always liked Neville a lot. He's sensitive, helpful, smart, and though he gets scared easily, fear won't stop him.

  • "He didnt die in vain." ♥

  • 1 dislike. I guess they're the only remaining Death Eater.

  • Neville, BAMF

  • One of the mosts incredible parts of the movie, Nevilleeeeeeee!

  • I love Neville in this but I wish they kept the second part of the battle closer to the book cause I think it would have been a better way to end the movie

  • Neville Longbottom and his Hardcore Cardigan.

  • I'm quite surprised that this Neville is the same as the one who fainted while hearing a mandrake scream =D!

He has grown, our little longbottom...*snif =')*

  • I know I'm gonna get a lot of hate for this, but I found Neville's speech to be kind of cheesy. Yeah, he stands up to Voldemort, and it was beautiful. But they could have done so much more with his speech, not just "Harry's with us in our hearts". In the book, he has his finest hour and says, "I'll join you when Hell freezes over!" and kills the snake. It was truly his moment. But this... it seems like he didn't learn anything. He's come such a long way, but he doesn't do anything with it.

  • @ledhead504 I'm going to have to disagree. Although I prefer the film version to the book version (for various reasons) I still love the book version itself. However here in the film, I think Neville HAS come a long way. He's come from that pudgy little kid that sheepishly stood up to the trio in the first movie... To this battle-scared adult that's facing and talking down to the most feared Dark Lord in history.

  • @VenomShock I'm not saying that he HASN'T come a long way, because he absolutely has, and you're right in every point you made. I'm saying that his speech doesn't express that he, and therefore the audience, has gained anything from the experience, besides maybe more confidence. To me, it seemed like he said, "Love conquers all", which, although it is one of the main themes of the series, is something we all very well know. He could have learned a better lesson about bravery, but it's wasted.

  • @ledhead504 I agree, it WAS cheesy. And incredibly cliché. The amount of times movies have used "They'll always be in our hearts!" before...

  • @rexana yeah, but... Its true. I know there in mine.

  • @ledhead504 I think if I hadn't been involved emotionally enough, I'd have felt the same way. But I practically had to stop my mouth prevent myself screaming along with him. And Neville's always been a pretty sensitive character, it makes sense that he'd be the one to deliver a speech like that. The fact that he can while maitaining his badassery just makes him that much classier a hero.

  • @WarpedButNot Yeah, I'll give you that. That was indeed a total display of badassery.

  • when did Neville get so hot??<3

  • Good theme for Neville Longbottom's finest hour.

I was at the midnight premiere, and while the audience of course loved seeing Harry, Ron, and Hermione triumphing over evil, it was seeing good old Neville finally becoming the hero that we all knew he could be that truly had the entire theater (Myself included) cheering!

  • *Bridge explodes and nevviles hand goes up*(Ginny)N-Nevvile?(Nevvile)That went well....

  • Just wondering, does somebody manage to hear what Bellatrix says? After Harry rolls off Hagrid's arms and starts running, Death Eaters start Disapparating away, you can see Bellatrix on the ground yelling at them, can someone tell me what she says? I'm guessing she's shouting at them to stay, but I'd like to know.

Sidenote 1: I love that she has more balls than the rest of Death Eaters put together.

Sidenote 2: Lol at the Malfoys walking the fuck out of there. Though in the book they fought.

  • We all know that Neville is our secret crush and chubby bunny^_^

Plus, he's the only guy who can look badass in a cardigan.

  • No, the best part is when Voldemort's laughing at Neville during the speech, his face gave me goosebumps.

  • You guys have it all wrong. The most epic moment in that scene isn't Neville's badass speech. Not at all. It's Voldemort's "ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?" face when Harry rolls off Hagrid's arms and starts running, lol.

  • YEAH? YOU AND WHOSE ARMY!

  • the title should be "Neville the B.A.M.F"

  • You may not like him, but you have to edmit, Voldemort make the most epic noises: NYAAAAAAAAAAA, EEEEHEHEEEEE :)

  • @HajtandL My personal favourite: NOOOAHAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!! His sound of vain. Hilarious.

  • @HajtandL He also gives the most awkward hugs. LOL. Poor Draco.

  • @054martinm Pretty much. LOL

  • If anyone has any complaints on how David Yates handled the finale, do me a favour. Cry me a river, build a bridge and get the fuck over it!

  • @CloudFreedomFighters Best comment here.

  • @CloudFreedomFighters AHAHAHAAHA. Best call ever. Ok seriously that was excellent. LOL

  • When Voldemort saw Harry alive after all, did anyone think of Jafar from Aladdin saying, " How many times do I have to kill you boy?"

  • @hsiunghsd36bcca XD pretty much. You have to give credit to Voldemort for that, he was trying VERY, VERY hard to kill Harry. XD

  • @hsiunghsd36bcca

i was imagining harry saying "good thing i'm indestructible" from francis of left 4 dead xD

  • @hsiunghsd36bcca LOL I doooo hahaha

  • @hsiunghsd36bcca totally me! LOL

  • The think that bugs me is that in the book while Neville does kill the snake(in a more badass way too). He doesn't kill Voldemort. In the book when all the horcruxes are destroyed Voldemort becomes mortal, just like a normal man. However, in the movie it seems that when the snake is killed Voldemort is also destroyed. Which makes people think Neville was the one who killed Voldemort. Idk it kinda annoys me.

  • @seanman322 Maybe ya haven't watched the movie closely. Voldemort didn't die on the spot when he killed the snake. He was in pain because his soul portion is destroyed and then Harry finished him off by rebounding his killing curse due to the Elder Wand refusing to attack Harry since he's it's true master.

  • @WiiManElite I saw it differently. I saw him get disarmed and then he just crumbled to dust.

  • @seanman322 Well I was a bit disappointed how Yates directed the ending. He should've just stick with the book and I'm also pissed about the fact that he didn't shoot Dumbledore's funeral in HBP.

  • @WiiManElite Good. Sticking with the books should only go so far.

  • @WiiManElite He didn't shoot the funeral because WB didn't let him do it. He was going to shoot it, there's concept art which proofs it.

  • @seanman322 You should watch it again. I thought I saw the same thing the first time I watched the movie. But if you watch it again, you'll see Harry/Voldemort are fighting with beams, then Neville kills the snake, then Voldemort gets weak and the connection BREAKS, then Harry looks from Neville to Voldemort with an air of victory on his face and they both shoot beams again, except Harry pushes forward and beats him.

  • "Neville the BAMF"***

  • JK Rowling knew what she was doing when she put Neville in Gryffindor...

  • @Mousejj97 The Sortin' Hat did as well. :D

  • @Mousejj97

Then again, why did she put Wormtail in Gryffindor? ._.

  • @SpottedToadstools I think it was to prove that some people make mistakes. Not every Gryffindor was brave (Wormtail), not every Ravenclaw was intelligent (Prof. Lockhart), and not every Slytherin was evil (Professor Snape)... etc

  • @98shells98 Lockhart was actually in Gryffindor

  • @TurkeyFinland He was in Ravenclaw. It's mentioned in the books.

  • @Alyss5434 Well he was in Gryffindor in movie ..

  • @TurkeyFinland Well I think what happened in the books is more important because the movies are based off the books. But I think it says that he is a Ravenclaw in the movies too.

  • @Alyss5434 I'm reading Harry Potter books firsttime now . I have been read all off them and now is time for Chamber of Secrets !! I do believe you that he is a Ravenclaw but in the films he's Gryffindor I'm sure !

  • At first, I always classed Neville as a Hufflepuff. He has now earned his place in Gryffendore.

    Long live Harry Potter.

  • @LydiaTheMaster only a true gryffendore can get the sword out of the hat

  • Neville has always been badass, he just needed his moment of glory

  • Comment removed

  • @Rawc90

it happens here in New Zealand too...

and not just at the midnight screening.

    go team longbottom

  • One day you're a loser. The next day you're a winner.

  • In the book Neville actually does it in a more epic way, he just attacks the snake infront of voldemort when he thinks harrys dead.

  • Neville Longbottom: It doesn't matter that Harry's gone. People die everyday! Friends, family. Yeah, we lost Harry tonight. But he's still with us. In here.So is Fred and Remus, Tonks. All of them. They didn't die in vain. But you will! Because you're wrong! Harry's heart did beat for us. For all of us! And it's not over!

  • @Memoriesmatter94 I wish that bit was in the book, it was such a great moment for him.

  • @LydiaTheMaster I preferred what he said in the book. "I'll join you when hell freezes over. DUMBLEDORE'S ARMY!!" :D

His speech in the film was dramatic and all, but so cliche.

I think it would have been more dramatic to keep it like the books, with the Sorting Hat catching fire before Neville breaks free and pulls the sword out.

  • Did anyone else notice George turn around and cry 'Fred!', after Neville pulled out the sword and Harry jumped out of Hagrid's arms? </3

  • On a scale of 1 to Neville Longbottom's cardigan, how awesome are you? :P

  • When Neville came to the rescue out of no where, the whole movie theater held their breath for a moment....and then they erupted into cheers!

  • @sunlocket i take it the whole cheering and shouting in the cinema is an american thing? Because i go to the cinema alot and iv never once heard someone cheer at something. Maybe a quite murmour thats it lol

  • @Rawc90 it only happens during midnight showings

  • @Rawc90 Actually no, it was just a lot of Potter fans. :)

  • @yonythemoony listen man i was just kidding its not that damn serious freaking kids like arguing over nothing

  • i dont think neville ever BECAME a hero, or braver, or more courageous... he was always brave, the sorting hat doesnt mess around. and in my mind, he was always a hero. he just never had the chance to show it, but the hero was in there, and i dont think i could have been happier with his shining moment <3

  • BUT HARRY'S HEART DID BEAT FOR US! FOR ALL OF US! IT'S NOT OVER!

  • 1:15 CONFRINGO!!!

  • Neville: I’d like to say something. Doesn’t matter that Harry’s gone. People die every day—friends, family. Yeah, we lost Harry tonight. But he’s still with us…in here. So is Fred, Remus, Tonks…all of them. They didn’t die in vain! But you will! Cause you’re wrong! Harry’s heart did beat for us! For all of us! It’s not over!

    Harryy: CONFRINGO!!!!

  • @dwadeMVP100 in the behind the scenes, he said that during rehearsals it was really easy to build that emotion to say that small monologue because of the tormenting smiles and laughs Voldemort was giving him. He said he actually did feel small and that actually mad him made lol now THATS real acting

  • He completely owned that movie! :D

  • @hellsfire586 I wasn't talking about the books, I was talking about the movies and how they never gave him to character development that he was given in the books. For example, the scene with the bridge and snatchers wasn't in the books and his killing Nagini wasn't a last second epic slow mo jump to save Ron and Hermionie, so I think they decided to increase his overall epicness by giving him extra scenes to try and make people forget about the lack of development in the movies.

  • @wolfboy57 I definitely wouldn't say he had a lack of development in the movies. Sure, there was a bit more in the books, but I still felt his transformation throughout the films (it started with the 5th one, and sort-of the 4th).

  • I think they made Neville so epic in this movie just to make up for how he was treated in all the others.

  • @wolfboy57 he was epic in the books u nub

  • neville gave an awesome speech, made voldemort look retarded, deatroyed the last horcux, saved ron and hermiones life, and banged luna, and in the end, became a true hero,

    ecspecially cuz he banged luna

  • @nazhmir According to Evanna and Matt, Luna and Neville's relationship was a summer thing.

  • They (producers, writers etc.) actually considered going against the books and changing this scene so that Ron kills the snake. I'm really glad they didn't!

  • @Evergreen8243 that was never true

  • Neville Longbottom doesn't get enough credit. He's defiantly one of the best characters Jo wrote through the whole Harry Potter series :) He's just amazing as well as Matthew Lewis. I could go on forever, if i wanted too...

もちろん、英語版でも観たことはありますよー! I am sorry but Ido not speak English. もし、NomGnome97 さんのPCに翻訳機能がついていたらお返事ください。I am 15 years old.

  • We, all Harry Potter's fans saw Neville grewing up, a boy who became from a weak kid that afraids of everything to a real hero. Well done, Neville :)

  • I love how much Neville and Draco changed so much from the first movie. Remember when Malfoy was bullying Neville after Neville hurt himself during a broomstick lesson? Well here, it's Neville giving the epic speech, while Draco's the one going over to his mommy. XD

  • ネビル最高!皆さんも、やはり、そう思いますよね!

    ハリー達も最高でしたが、ネビルの言葉には勇気をもらえました!

  • @HARRYPOTTERdaisuki I love how people in Japan Love Harry Potter is Worldwide!

Not just us in the UK love harry potter!.

But Europe, Asia, North America, South America, Australia, Africa.

    We all love harry potter!

I get called names because I love Harry Potter!

But they are the ones missing out!

    Harry Potter is LIFE!

  • @NomGnome97 TRUE THAT!!! from Colombia!! Harry Potter is my past, present, and future! Harry Potter is my LIFE GODAMMIT!

  • @coolstuffer123 Thanks!

  • @NomGnome97 Long live Harry Potter!!!!!

  • Neville killed WE - KNOW - WHO in the end..

  • bellatrix: longbottom, hows mum and dad?

neville: a lot better now there about to be avenged

  • Anyone notice the Batman like sounds in the music at certain parts? Awesome! :)

  • I don't think Neville should have been the one to kill Bellatrix. While she did cause him much pain, he did destroy the last horcrux as well. Rowling was right, Molly killing Bellatrix fit perfectly.

  • Harrys heart did beat for us, for all of us! its not over!

  • It all started with standing up to his friends, now look at him.

  • Comment removed

  • "Neville the Hero" pssh, it should be "Neville the BAMF" :3

  • If it wasnt for Neville, Harry would've been screwed <33

  • i loved voldemort's face he's like "ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME! I FUCKING KILLED YOU!"

  • @TheDecember1992 It's better the face he makes when he realize that Harry was alive.

  • @TheDecember1992 and harry's like "i'm back bitch"

  • "I"ll join you when hell freezes over!

    DUMBLEDORE'S ARMY!!!"

  • @MochiPuff58 I loved that part, I wish they put that in the film.

  • @ladyanime100 who doesnt

  • This piece really has a Star Wars/John Williams feel. In other words, it's incredible! Especially 1:20 to the end.

  • @CinematicGalaxy might be because the first three themes were by John Williams. And 1 of the soundtracks from PoA (a window to the past) is similiar to the force theme, actually.. both starting the same and that kind of things

  • I wish that Neville could've killed Bellatrix. In OoTP, when you find Neville with his parents at the hospital, it was so heart wrenching. Ever since then, I hoped Neville could avenge them. Rowling helped Neville to becoming a hero, but I hoped she could've given Neville the chance avenge his parents as Harry did.

  • @MrCoondog91 Yeah Mrs Weasley should've killed Greyback instead.

  • @chiffmonkey Well hermionie launched Greyback right out the window lol

  • yes harry may be dead, but he didn't die in vain. *pulls out sword of gryffindor*

    BUT YOU WILL

  • Neville has grown so much! From a chubby little boy who found the courage to stand up to his friends, he has become a man with the strength to stand up to death eaters, kill a horcrux, and save his friends lives! Here's to you, Neville!

  • LOL. Everyone though Neville was going to surrender when he started limping towards Voldemort. You could see it on Hermione's face.......AND THEN HE TOOK OUT THE SWORD OF MUTHA FUCKING GRYFFINDOR!!!!!

  • YUSH! Harry Potter won all the Teen Choice Awards!

    Problem Twilight?

    UMAD? >:3

  • @27jbeya which track was it? O.o

  • its kind of sad how harry is fighting the most powerful wizard of all time while hermione and ron cant even kill his snake. haha :)

  • I loved his speech :)

  • Neville is my hero.

  • Neville is SUCH A LEGEND.

  • Neville Longbottom. From fatass to badass.

  • This should be called "Neville finally grows a pair.mp3", lol. Joke aside, a very strong moment, I loved the turn his character took in the last books/movies.

  • Maybe not the Chosen One, but the Hero Who Helped (a lot xD) The Chosen One.

So great change in this 7 years... makes me think about myself =')

  • "Harrys not gone"

    "Not now Neville!"

"People die everyday! Friends, family... yeah Harry died. But hes still with us... In here! And he wont die in vain! BUT YOU WILL!!!"

  • Neville.... Yorkshire's Hero.

  • "He didnt die in vain. But you will!"

  • 0:34-1:12 Neville giving his speech 1:13 Harry comes back to life and uses confringo and runs and the battle goes on.

  • I love Neville. <3

  • hmm... looks like I'm the only one here who never liked Neville... o__o I know his character developed quite nicely through out the movies and he became a true hero and all but for some reason I never felt anything for him or even cared about him. The song is cool though.
