In light of what happened over the course of season 5 & 6, I think they should have re-used this scene as a way to kill/send off Izzie from the show instead of having her come back the one time like she did...then Izzie would have FINALLY been with Denny for good and we the viewing audience wouldn't be tormented with ghost-sex anymore

Denny shouldn't have died. I'm glad that they give him a part here and there even though he's gone.

I just wanted to cry. It's so emotional. Denny loved her and I truly doubt that he would of broke her heart. I think that's why that dream sequence was placed right there. It was a way to show the difference between Denny and Alex. Now she's stuck in this immature game with Alex. A man who refuses to mature and admit to her how he feels. But I'm glad she walked away from the room, with a look like she doesn't care and is moving on.
