If you burn thousands of dollars worth of dvd's & sell them in Australia & a USA company's is aware of it they can go through the right channels & have that person extradited & charged. Same goes with this new law. Around 20 countries have signed extradition agreements on this law so those 20 countries can charge & extradite people. Try learning something about the law before you speak.

a name. No matter how simple just so it can be referenced and identified. Even if it wasn't passed, (which it isn't; anywhere) the politician introducing the law would have a name most likely for it. Even if it's just "Bill 23A". If it's all over the net (your excuse for not backing up these claims) then why have you yet to find what it is called? How can you search for something with no name?

I fail to see how authorities are going to enforce these laws, in my area there having enough trouble stopping people looking at porn on the local library computers let alone sift through millions of comments and blogs etc etc, its not going to be practical to use filters as there dodgy at best, and as always what people say will be misinterpreted as it is alot on the net and with any typed; non verbal conversation.
