@idiot4ever123 Sniper wouldn't need it. You shoot 1 time from your location, 2 only if you absolutely have to. A sniper rifle is heavy enough with an aluminum bedded stock, big scope, and heavy barrel. This would prohibit prone shooting, also. Additionally, even heavy barrels heat up, and when that happens, your group opens up. Not only that, but it also hastens barrel wear. In a precision firearm, all these are bad things. No offense intended. If they did make it, you shouldn't buy it.

@menacinggesture although it would help with the dozen or so 1/2lb mags when unloaded, say, a 10 round mag for the sake of argument, with a high enough rest for say, urban environments, a single 2lb mag when unloaded, if it holds more than 40 rounds, would be good for rifles like the m110. although for prone shooting you would still of course use a smaller capacity magazine, or even single load for bolt action systems.
