This is a perfect display of how the Western Starcraft II scene is light years behind the Korean one. The game was horrendous. Those guys had moments when they were sitting on less than 200 supply and do nothing NOTHING. The zerg had 4 QUEENS ONLY with SO MANY HATCHERIES. The terran had like 5000 resources at one point. Why not make production facilities when you have the money.... but no nothing, making like 3 marines at a time only.... The Zerg only mined gas on like 4 bases the whole game!!!!

great example of how the eastern front in ww2 was won, the russians were able to outlast the much more resource starved germans by simply throwing soldiers at them trying to delay the germans from claiming victory. Eventually once the germans were spread too thin the russians overwhelmed them and quickly pushed germany back and won the war.

i think the problem isnt that either race is "too strong." the problem is that the map needed to be mined out in order for one player to finally advance on the other. this game is too defensive, mostly because of the way terran plays.

imo they should take seige out of the the tank game, and just make tanks a mobile hefty unit that is strong vs armor (they way a real life tank works). that would make terran a lot more mobile, but keep them from being so impossible to approach.

@xXthexbigxchampionXx press the ctrl key and click a certain type of unit to select all types of that unit i.e. ctrl+ click a marauder = selects all marauders. shift + ctrl to all unit types . spamming snipe is hitting the snipe hotkey. to select different types of units in a massive army without hotkeys is to press tab, it will cycle through all your units. hope this helps.

I had a great idea. Instead of all units dying inside a medivac/overlord, wouldnt it be so much better if it was dropped with 50% of health (minimum say 25 damage). Find that it is kinda silly that 8 marines die from a medivac with only 2 hp left. That would be problematic if there is no space below but then they will just all die (since they would have nowhere to fall)

What the hell are you talking about? The counter to ghosts is simply to mass units, preferably roaches or lings. If you go bulky units or spellcasters, OF COURSE the ghost will counter them.

Without the ghost, the infestor is unkillable.

I'm simply saying that every Terran unit is countered by the infestor. Fungal + more fungal = impossible to counter. It FORCES you to stay and take the damage and lets him fungal more. Ghosts are our only counter, so piss off.

Terran is the hardest race to macro with in the game, but the fact that their units are so rediculously cost effective just overpowers everything. A zerg will never win a 200/200 battle against tank/ghost/thor unless the terran doesnt snipe or seige in time. Also, terran have almost no use for scvs late game. Have you ever seen one mass orbital in their base, kill all the non gas mining scvs and just mule? ugh

I feel like broodlords would have actually been really helpful when the Terran was maxed, to cause splash from tanks and draw ghosts out for chain fungals. Hydras were a really weird choice in midgame. Also, nydus worms.
