I tried playing this game with my friend in a chinese resturant FILLED with people.... It didnt go too well(I yelled out penis as loud as i could and my friend did it alot more louder...We ended up outside loitering on the walls...)
It's not funny when you say shit like that constantly where people are trying to ignore.
