  • nice presentation. of the 'matter of factly' variety.

  • if you focus on how much you bench

you're gonna have a bad time

  • Hello my name is Mark Wahlberg

  • u look like channing tatum

  • did anyone notice the slight pause or stall at big thick... pecks.

  • oK so your name is dARREN stein-cumingtuju, I dont want to look like you.

  • @fatlosslifestyle how much kg dumbells r u lifting in ur video bcz am interested in buyin a hex dumbells n will like to also know if it a good dumbells fore home use

  • First video of yours I can agree with. ALTHOUGH, you may want to make sure people understand that their head needs to also rest on the bench for safety of the neck/spine. 4 points of contact = feet, butt, shoulder blades and head.

  • More than 300,000 people are wimps trying to get fit. And I'm one of them.

  • u look like Jhon cena

  • @keemchard7

    YOU CANT SEE HIM!

  • what can I do about my hands and wrists hurting after this workout?

  • @ch4yboy Deal! ; )

  • @ch4yboy actually my wrists hurt from the barbel press and the dumbel press was the solution. I'd recommend u also get two important supplements for joints: fish oil (omega 3) and Glucosamine

  • dude you should totally wear a bra i can see your nipples lol

  • ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • Since when did Matt Damon start making workout videos

  • m 16, currently intaking 26 grams of protein per workout (not from what i eat, just the protein shake) and go to the gym 5-6 days a week. Have a good body but i dont want to sound cocky but i could gain some meat. I'm 144 6'0 and I just started going to the gym 2 weeks ago im considering taking steroids. My brother did it and i want to take 4 doses every friday for a month to get ripped but im worried. If any one can tell me whats just as good as roids that will get u ripped in 3-4 months lmk

  • @MaFiaPaiNTBaLLx Dude just lift heavy, low reps. (3 x 6), eat lots of protien right after workouts...and let your body heal. You cant workout everyday and expect your body to be ready each time. Last thing is be patient, if you can't do that take the roids, and fck your body for the long term. Good luck.

  • @mettalicmass Thanks for the help, another thing that has me thinking is im geting my sixpac and my v-cut is getting there but ive been eating like 3000 calories a day all high protein calories and i heard if i want to get my six pack (a cut six pack) i have to cut. Eat low carbs n such but i want mass on me also so i been eating alot. I'm alittle confused on this if you or anybody can help me i wood really appreciate it.

    excuse my english

  • @MaFiaPaiNTBaLLx don't take steroids. at most go to the gym 5 days a week but not in a row. 3-4 days is fine but to get it real defined and cut jus make sure you're eating healthy and since you said you wanna gain mass then keep eating those carbs. as long as you workout they won't turn into fat. i recommend only taking the shakes in the morning before you workout and right after you workout and eat a healthy high protein meal before and after. don't forget carbs are crucial after your workout

  • AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  • i only have 20 lbs dumbells i can't find my 50 plates anywere. how long doing this everynight with 20 ound dumbells will it improve my actual bench press

  • dumbell bench presses are cool. more control over the weight than i thought.

  • Im not sure if hes arching his back way to much or his back muscles are way too big

  • they made this when youtubes layout was still old

  • twice a week might be over training, I do each part of my body only once a week. so i do chest on monday and wait till next week on Monday to do it again. correct me if iam wrong

  • @pkidro I agree man. It all comes down to how hard your training during each session. For me personally, I was never able to work out a split where I could do chest twice a week and not be overtraining multiple muscle groups. I also think that 8-12 repetitions is a better rep range to shoot for when training for hypertrophy. Sounds like you know what your talking about, keep up the good work!

  • @hunterholderfitness the only muscle i train twice is the triceps, that;s because i do chest tris on monday. shoulder tris on friday. 6-12 reps. I just started working out 7 months ago, gained 15 pounds of muscle actually and i really got into it, done my homework as far as reading and all that.

  • @pkidro Good job man. Keep pushing the limits!

  • 11 fags are noodle armed pencil necks

  • Hi! Have you considered the maximus muscle 247 workout (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy gained lots of muscle with it.

  • love your videos! really insightful and out of all the videos and advice on youtube yours I find is always the best!

  • I noticed that in most of those videos, the upper arm on the bottom part of the movement is a tiny bit below parallel with shoulder level, in other words a little less than 90 degrees with the side of the body. I noticed that if I do it that way I am more likely to get shoulder problems later. Wouldn't it make more sense to have it about 60-70 degrees with the body? When I do this I notice more work done by the chest rather than the shoulder. This is especially for me since I have long arms!

  • @NotSoLiberal Hey man, just because you are going "deeper" doesn't necessarily mean you are working the muscle any more effectively. I personally go a little less than 90 degrees (probably around 80) and can feel my chest really working. But some guys think they are feeling more of a "stretch" when they go deeper and therefore are getting a better workout. This is untrue because the chest is separated into two different parts (upper and lower) and contracts as one muscle. Hope this helps!

  • Very nice video. I wish he would speak a little slower though as I had to pause and rewind a couple times!

  • LOL ITS JOHN CENA!!!holy shıt!!!!!!!!!!

  • this is what happens when Marc Wahlberg and John Cena have gay sex..

  • @ganjadan420 somebody should get a screencap and put this comment on reddit, idk how to screencap chrome

  • so these get you a bigger chest and shoulder and arms?

  • @GoodAssVideos yes but flyes focus more on widening your chest. also do bench and dumbbell bench to make your chest thicker

  • @koreanboi797 oops wrong post i thought this was dumbbell flyes hahah my i was searching through dumbbell flyes and this vid popped out XD

  • he kinda looks like matt damon.... the face, i mean :P

  • should the dumbbells tilt at an angle \-\ /-/ or straight l-l l-l

  • is that a GYM? why is no one there?

  • @demonator10 its a green screen actually

  • 4 sets in the 12 to 15 rep range LOLOLOLOLOL

Moaaar is not better when it comes to volume!

  • @ECUHunterJ How much weight should you use...

  • @lordvoldemort578 It depends on how long you've been lifting. How long?

  • @ECUHunterJ a year and a half

  • This is a really good video. I am actually a personal trainer and a lot of the tips said in this video are some I tell my clients all the time. Here is a site that should be pretty helpful as well 68954cv7gmbu9wd83hwi7bqdpq.hop.clickbank. net

  • i would pay to hear him say bahhhhhhhh

  • Not only does he look like mark wahlberg, he sounds like him also. My question is, does it have to be 40 lbs? can it be like 20? cause i just started to work out and i can barely curl 40.

  • @XEPER888888888888888

Its a lot easier to bench press the weight as opposed to curling it. But of course you work with what ever weight you can manage to do correct form with.

  • Dont bend your lower back like he is. This will screw your spine up if you do too much weight with it under tension like that. Keep your spine against the board.

  • yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • @hamet1234 shut up dude and stop trolling

  • @lokazzi888 Fuck off.

  • @hamet1234 dude that was uncalled for why do you just sit by your computer and write swear words do you think that it's funny?

  • @lokazzi888 Do you think it's to troll my fucking channel????????

  • @lokazzi888 Do you think it's funnt to troll my fucking channel!?!?!?!?!?

  • Man I did these and I felt the burn right away.

  • Darren it looks like you are still coming over your shoulders to much. The dumbbells should be a little further down your chest. Otherwise I see a shoulder injury in the future!

  • My gym teacher encouraged me too do this as opposed to Bench-press, I really agree.

  • holy fuckin 120 lb dumbells

  • @SuperDORITOS420 that's pussy weight for him

  • @lim3head yea lookit the motherfucker!

  • @SuperDORITOS420 ... "lookit?' LOL!

  • Did you take any supplements or medicine? How did you shape your body like that? Is it all natural? Please let me know...

  • @weightloss01 YEARS of training, that's why so few people can put on muscle like that, because they lose motivation or forget proper technique and/or nutrition. lots of discipline

  • is that fuckin Thor?

  • Hey man just wondering how long of doing this execirse will the muscle start to grow ?

  • Hey do you have any tips on preventing stretch marks caused by muscle growth? I've gotten stretch marks on my biceps, pecs, triceps, and shoulders from only moderate exercise. I drink a lot of water and have decent nutrition. Is it just genetics?

  • Bahhhhhh! 1:27 hahaha

  • @orkneymist Nah lol I lost a bet after Our Homecoming football game. And My Friend could Choose my account name.Look on my channel nothing to do with Harry Potter.

  • @orkneymist Can It do you Biceps too? can It make your arms stronger? and By how much?

  • Alternatively, you can press a car.

  • does this work the same on an excersice ball?

  • Too big.....!

  • he has nice tits :D^^

  • no , really how much do you bench?

  • He looks like Matt Damon

  • @Dez13040287 john Cena

  • @orkneymist There's no better or worse, different exercises serve different functions. That's like saying squats are better than pull ups/ chin ups.

  • Comment removed

  • @JinNey6 Incase you hadn't noticed, it was a comparison! He wasn't acually talking about them two exercises

  • looks you got titties from working out bra-h

    see what i did there

  • It's like an older john cena

  • does incline bench press work on the more medial pectorals?

  • Lorenzo

  • Now copare this guys form compared to porenzo LOL. Not even in the same categorie

  • scooby says not to go past 90 degrees on the negative

  • @jf1gd2 Scooby is also a phaggot that doesn't eat egg yolks. He also thinks you can build muscle and lose fat at the same time. He's a fucking idiot.

  • @Darthzedd I don't know, I trust Scooby, he seems pretttyyyyy stronggggggggg. Also I don't think I'd trust some fucking queer who spells faggot with a ph.

  • @Darthzedd are you as big or good as him at lifting?

  • @Darthzedd huhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh u can lose fat and gain muscle at the same time lol

  • @Darthzedd

You can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time dummy.

  • @jf1gd2 i say dont go past 100 degrees, thats the spot :P

  • @TopR8edMedia to follow up, ive heard lots of physical therapists and trainers reiterate not going past 90 degrees

  • @jf1gd2 its probaly true but it aint gonna kill ya :P and ill still do past the 90 because it feels better on the pecs :P

  • and lots of roids... hahah

  • Could someone please tell me, what is the posible cause that one of my pecs is bigger than the other one ( i feel like just the bigger one work)??

  • Very professional

  • too much muscles look ugly and a too big chest like you have only looks famine!!!

  • I will say that dumbbell presses are not the best chest exercise. From what all I've tried, a pec deck is the best chest exercise as it seems to isolate the chest muscles better than any other exercise/machine.

  • I agree with him completely! Dumbbell presses are much friendlier on the shoulders than benchpressing. Really, who needs benchpressing anyways. Fuck, this is just another reason why I'm just sticking with what I'm doing now lol!

  • hes my new reason not to bench i use to just say i dont bench butt i can still kick your ass buuuuut honestly i never was good at it put too much strain on my upper back.

  • @southernstylez904 Yes! Way too much strain on my upper back. They are both freeweight exercises and you should get the same degree of benefits from either one. And for dumbbell presses to be safer than it's a win, win situation. I agree too with you that I am not good at all with benchpressing but there's other legitimate reasons why I've stayed away from benchpressing as well.

  • Mark Wahlberg on roids!! great vid btw!

  • Mark Wahlberg on roids!!

  • Thanks:D

  • wrong!! he said twice a week, ask any pro! ur body takes 7 days minuimum to fully recover from a excercise, u should only work each body part once a week, except abs can be worked on every day, but with out weight, so thats very wrong, once a week, chest, arms, back, shoulders, lower back, and great nutrition, 8 glasses water a day, 3 days cardio! ull look perfectly good!

  • @akbar232323 I think it goes by the person too. Obviously it's worked quite well for him.

  • @TheRun3scape well, your question wasnt really clear, but if you were asking how long it could take for you to have pecs like this guy, well then it really could take years. if you were asking how long before you see any results, well then the answer would probably be a week, not necessarily because the muscles have grown, but when you workout frequently, the muscles have a tighter appearance in my opinion.

  • PAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!

  • @TheRun3scape years

  • Second he said 12-15 reps. I stopped the video.

Science proven that 1-5 Stregth, 5-10 is Hypertrophy, 10+ is for muscles toning.

  • @clanwa11 second you used the phrase "muscle toning" I stopped listening to you.

  • He looks like John Cena

  • big thick massive.....chest

  • i never ever feel my chest

  • Great video man, I hope people like my video response!

  • I'm doing this using slow proper form with 60Lbs. dumbbells. This exercise is great! I follow with dumbbell flyes right away. There is a noticable mass difference after only 3 weeks. I do 4 sets of each.

  • How many sets total should i do for each muscle part? He said to do 3 to 4 sets of dumbbell bench press...And what's next? That's it? Can you do other chest excersices after that one? Like 5 different chest excercises doing 3 sets each excercise, total of 15 sets for chest? Is that too much?

  • @cleberinthearea i cant tell you what to do, but i do 4 exercises for my chest flat dumbbell press, flat dumbbell fly's,incline dumbbell press and incline dumbbell fly's 3 sets of each it works for me.

  • nice gyno bro!

  • This video kind of contradicts your "FAT LOSS & Bodybuilding Secrets: Get Big Chest Muscles & Pecs" video where you say the barbell bench press is the king of chest exercise lol

  • Whats with the music being the most hectic thing ever?

  • You have to keep your arms at 90 degrees when lowering your dumbbells.

For more info about the dumbbell bench press, check out: youtube.com/watch?v=Or436IF4X1g

  • This guy explains it nice and clearly, it would be good if he explains whether this is more body building, or for functional muscles etc though.

  • hahaha he like a cross between John Cena and Mark Wahlberg

  • @XxDefJefxX great shout!

  • @XxDefJefxX totally. Cenas head and Wahlbergs voice and attitude.

  • Spot On, lmfao, now i can't watch the video without laughing my ass off

  • @XxDefJefxX Haaaaaa John Walhberg

  • @statsbiblotek1 no its better to define pecs than to mass grow

  • @Danieldx22 you cant "define" pecs, or any muscle. the shape of your muscles is already there, you can only add size to it. the whole dumbbells build definition and barbells build mass is a bullshit bodybuilding myth. it doesnt work like that.

  • @JacquesJoset push up is fag

  • 1:23

    Separate 'em, down breathing in.

Pause for a second, feel the stretch

    BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!

  • @TheGuyisHigh looooooool

  • @statsbiblotek1 working out is one step and no this is a chest workout not an arm workout. good nutrition and calorie intake along with rest is also needed to gain weight after working out,

  • Cena sucks!

  • social suport lol

  • You guys do realise flat BB bench press has been scientifically proven to stimulate the pecs most ! Cant argue with science once proven

  • @leonlitori how about doing both bb and db bech press?

  • @smilsmff Well I always do after my strength sets on bench press

  • i think DB press is better then bench beacause then both sides of your body are doing equal work ive noticed some people favor one side at times during bench press

  • The only advice I would disagree with he says to do this "twice a week." Which would be ideal for most people. But just once a week would be more than sufficient and will allow for full muscle recovery.

  • @orkneymist So if I'm doing Dumbell press I don't have to do bench press?

  • @Remaanahk if you dont want to be like me i suggest you focus on dumbell press if you want to you can bench press but i tore my tendon in my right shoulder bench pressing. dumbell press puts alot less stress on your shoulders also has more range of motion along with putting nice mass on your chest especially if you do this with dumbbell flyes

  • How much do you bench?

  • @ap9503

    enough i bet xD

  • @ap9503 im sure a fair amount lol but as i learned its all bout form. I weigh 155 and could bench 250 with shit form. Then i did some reasearch and got a tip from a guy at the gym and my max is 185 with good form but im seeing better results. So dont sacrifice form to look cool with big weights up.

  • 8 people have man boobs lol

  • @orkneymist amen, fuck the people who doubt you

  • Thanks for the free tips bro, I'm 6 foot 7 and around 90 kgs and find it hard to build chest and put weight on so this is great stuff to me cheers =)

  • BAAAHHHHH!

  • that shirt was borrowed from his 3rd grade daughter for this video. the normal shirt like everone else wears got dirty.

he also borrowed some underwear but thats a different story.

  • 1:26 :DDD PHAAAA!!!!!

  • Do you need to use dumbbells for this exercises or can you just do it bare hands ???

  • @tazss159 you need to use dumbbells to put strain on your muscles

  • dumbell press!! way to go!!

  • where did you get that shirt in the kiddie section of the baby gap?

  • @wolfpackforlife lol. It's a shirt made for working out. It breaths a bit better so you don't sweat as much.

  • @MrSquish22 o really is that why his shirt is 3 sizes too small? cause i just thought he was just trying to look like a jackrod.

  • @wolfpackforlife Just sayin'... it's not to small for the type of shirt it is. It's supposed to be skin-tight.

  • @MrSquish22 O cool I think he looks like a jerk nonetheless.

  • @wolfpackforlife I think someones jealous
