I am using this product now for more than a year.
(2 x 500GB spinpoint F1)
data rate 5 mbps on a good day maybe 10 mbps.
Did everything.. disable everything exept smb.
real factory reset a few times... (holding the reset button for a long time so it reinitialised)
setting the mode from x-raid to raid-0
nothing is running on the system.
It is a peace of crap!
