wow! your check engine light is on bring that into midas or something. one more thing, with a rev limiter that low, you'll never make decent power. Try a 250 shot of nitrous, that always works for me.
Your an idiot r/t's make all their power down low, its all torque. Stock they red line at 4500 so its fine to have a low rev limiter because its where they make all their power.
