This song was also heard in the NESN 2005 movie documenatry- "Wait till this year" It was a documentary about a young married couple who are lawyers and Red Sox fans who get season tickets and film the events of the 2004 season through teir eyes. Not a bad movie not a good one either. This song can also be heard a Boston sports bar in New York called Professor Thoms. The owner Chris Wertz plays this in between innings during Red Sox games.

I love this band! I'm listening to newer stuff though. And it's funny, I never knew they wrote this New England song originally. Big D And The Kids Table make it seem like THEY wrote it. They perform it at every show and it's a favorite.

Dont get me wrong, i listened to this version a few weeks after i wrote that, and realized that i didn't give it nearly enough credit as it deserves. its really good. but, the big d & the kids table version is more full and has more feeling in it. please listen to it, and then tell me what you think
