In most of this clip, Anderson is talking about what happened during the game when Miki collapsed. After he just says that he's almost 100% certain than Feher took painkillers, because he had a lot of trouble with his knee. Anderson also says that it's complety normal - if you are in pain and about to play an important game, you take painkillers. Then he's saying that it's almost always Voltaren that they use. he's asked how many times he has used it himself and his answer is: my whole career
