This is a great video! I own a similar WW2 submarine diving horn also. I recently took the diaphragm off for cleaning and could never get it placed back in the right location to where rotating part inside hits the notches on the backside of the diaphragm. Do you have any idea of where I could send this to get readjusted or suggestions on how to realign it? Any advice would be greatly appreaciated!! I miss hearing mine but at least I can listen to your!!! Thanks.

@nascarsimracing1 There is an internal rotor shaft that spins around and vibrates against the diaphragm of the horn. The little bolt you see in the mouth of the horn is attached to the shaft and is the part which vibrates.
