The president's position is that he hasn't violated the law, Sunstein agrees that the President's position is wrong...yet he doesn't believe breaking the law is an impeachable offense? He says we shouldn't impeach presidents who've adopted an "incorrect interpretation of the president's power," but Bush didn't just misinterpret the law, he then proceeded to violate it based on his alleged "misinterpretation." And this guy advises Obama?.....no wonder...
