PRICELESS, and EASTWOOD now theres two words that dont correlate, The only reason that i can think of that they may classify it as "priceless" is because the value is so close to zero that they cant even say its worth one cent. The band and Dave wouldnt have done that to a Gibson or a Rickenbacker or something that truly is priceless.

No kidding. Im very rude to mine, and a local band rip the strings off their eastwoods after every gig, and those guitars just seem to get BETTER every time you hit them. Im not making jokes! Seriously, with every crack in its oh so perfect laque i love my replica more then ever before!
