da indian govt has to take effective steps against such monstrous crimes.....it's so sad dat such atrocities still occur in our country... da police r supposed to protect da ppl..if they continue to b so irresponsible..i think da loyal citizens of india shld stop payin taxes...y shld we pay the ppl who dnt carry out their duties???
