@Bigman961000 I don't believe so. He's apparently producing an animated series for Warner Bros. called "Young Justice", which is coming out shortly. Bit of a drag that it's a DC Comics show instead of original content, but with our man Weisman involved, it should be pretty good.

Elisa used to be Hispanic, but she was changed to Native American when Salli Richardson was cast as her voice actress.

In my opinion, she's what Pocahontas SHOULD have looked like. ;)

Fascinating! This was one of Disney's most elaborate and unique cartoon shows from back in my day (i.e. the 90's obviously.) I loved this show back when I was a kid!!!

They really do need to create a live action film in the future. There's so much potential of it being a hit!

I think I speak for every fan, I guess it could be consider the Worldwide Clan, when I say please, if Disney has any shred of the humanity that made this series great, please, for the love of Avalon and all things sacred, bring this back, make a live-action movie, do something, just don't let it go the way of any great classic, letting it gather moss, frozen in stone for the rest of time.

And yes, I know there's a comic, but it just doesn't feel like enough.

I'm afraid I have to disagree... I don't think a movie shouold be made, because I doubt that a movie would capture the essence of the series very well. Odds say it would just become a hollywood adaptation... and those rarely work out well. The show was a masterpiece, and deserves to retire as such, just my opinion.

Don't say that. You never. But I won't let you down and not consider your view. It is hard to stay true to shows, especially cartoons; but you never know.

I think it is possible to make an excellent gargoyle movie, one that cherry picks the most integral parts of the storylines and fully captures the essence of the cartoons.

But the risk is too great, the chances are, it would be rushed, and the temptation to make it all spectacle and little heart would invariably be too great and a mediocre film would be more than likely made.

Thats exactly wat i had in mind.. a live action gargoyles movie, seeing as how they'v gotten so good with cgi.. take "hellboy" for example.. but hollywood would surly ruin it, like they have most movies about cartoons.. ex. dragonball
