Very interesting video, so I hate to add a critique. This composition works better for a larger and higher resolution canvas. The impact of the piece is lessened by the lack of detail, brightness, and size because its all a wide establishing shot. This could be very haunting.

If that is the case, then the problem has no obtainable solution. Our solution here on Maui is to ban plastic bags. My solution is to ban the folk that litter, sadly that is mostly locals. Amazing but sadly true. The "Native Hawaiians" seem to have a serious weed up their asses regarding trash. They just drop it anywhere. No wonder they lost their island. I saw something similar around Playa del Carmen (Mexico)and in Similan Islands (Thailand), the sea was bringing to shore all the garbage with the swells, so you had a nice white sandy beach with palmtrees and all full of plastic and rubber things ... sad ;-(
