Steve, the rider in this video passed away on the 22nd of May of 2010. His car (Seat Leon Cupra TDI) collided with a tree at a very high speed. Steve died instantly from massive head and neck injuries as well as having suffered multiple fractures around his body. I can't stress enough to say slow down and use your brains when driving. Being a good driver doesn't mean going very fast, it means avoiding accidents, driving sensibly and looking out for each other on the road. RIP Steve & Stay safe.

quite a nice bike. only 3.5 bhp?? surprised me. This is probably the only 50 cc motorbike without gears. i hear it has a good max speed but not that awesome acceleration. is this true or are people just hatin'?

i have a 50 cc rieju but it has a gearbox. the top speed isn't captivating (49 mph) although it has 8.5 bhp and the acceleration is amazing.

These 'bikes' are excellent. If this is a 50cc, it'll be the mk1. I own the mk2, (remake model) It's also a 50cc, and can hit speeds (checked on a satnav) of 58mph on the flat and over 65mph downhill. They have around 3.5bhp, (the actual figure is available on the internet somewhere) They are very nippy, and handle like a dream. It's deffinatly the best 50cc out there and one of the best bikes you can buy as a small capacity. They arn't the biggest of bikes, so people near 6 foot will feel cramp

in holland (where i life), its not a bike whit 50cc in it. its a scooter, you can drive those here when youre 16, alto you have to do a scooter test first ;). when your getting 1 with 50cc or more like 70 120 or 180 you need a motorcycle licence.

hi i just bought a 2007 gilera dna , in red and gold , its a buity , but has a shitty exhaust on .. but ive just bought a stage 6 chrome exhaust for it , so that should arrive soon .

the clocks have stopped working , but its still under warrenty so i will take it to a gilera dealer , .. when i got the bike it was restricted , so i derestricted the variator , and left the shitty restricted exhaust on .. it easly reaches 55 - 60 mph already , so buying a exhaust will make it go at least 65

im 6ft. so yeah. you would look alright in it. i just fitted a k&n air intake kit, and racing variator. sounds absolutly racing! only bad thing is the petrol consumption is too much!

Ive got a Gilera Dna 50cc aswell and i hate it lol...im upgrading to an Aprilia Rs 125 in october no more holding up traffic going up a hill :-D Haha

yea, 125cc, this one is 50cc, and it does 61mph, 61mph is 98kph. and that was on a flat road. and it only has a sports exhaust, thats all, ive it had racing filter and a few other upgrades it would go over 70mph, which is 112kph. 112kph on a 50cc on flat road, if it was a 125cc on a downhill like urs...well, better not to talk about it..

maar als de madass een 2 takt blokje had had ik waarschijnlijk een andere brommer, 4 takt past er gewoon beter bij, het is alleen moeilijker op te voeren
