@Cless7 Actually, it's the other way around. PS runs both JP and US games. The DS and GBA systems need seperate systems for JP games.

I agree. You could have mastery levels for what spells you have, to create the advantages of incantation to non-incantation spells. Incantation spells could require a turn to use, while non incantation spells can be used immediately. You can position people in the front or back to create defensive or offensive lines, and each person can have different abilities.

As far as i know nope, the only Negima games there are is for the PS2, GBA, DS, and Wii.

But the majority of anime fans in the US are wannabes who've only watched mainstream, that's why only mainstream games come out. I really doubt the Negima games would be translated unless it started being shown on basic television instead of the FUNimation Channel.

Well seeing how there's something somewhat pornographic in atleast every episode, I wouldn't expect it any time soon, but they should atleast show the first season on adult swim to see how people like it! (and trust me a lot of guys would be watching the show!)
