Personnally, I didn't came to watch this video to learn it, I just wanted to see if we play it on the same tonality, and the way you teach to play such a song ; I agree about the fact that it's almost "only" perfect chords, an Am/G , a D/F#, and an E7, those are the chords that I've found that were the "most complex" ones for beginners. @xlxuchihaxlx1 Go to a music store and try guitars in your price range until you find one that sounds good, as that is really all that matters, not a brand.  Also, a decently made cheap guitar can be taken to a luthier and adjusted to get the best out of it, the one I play most frequently was $280 U.S. and after a $10 adjustment plays better than my $800 Seagull.
